Not only did they rip my daughters "real" nail off, they did not say sorry, were not sympathetic or concerned one bit INSTEAD they "tried" to cover it up with acrylic after she refused They then proceeded her to register to pay for the full price Lucky for their insincerity, this leaves us with a receipt of purchase along with our pictures Their actions on this makes me know this is NOT the 1st time this has happened to a customerSuch nasty practices for a business!!!
When I went to the salon I explained that I had a coupon for $for first-time customers one of the employees told me that would be honored when it was time to pay another employee said we could not use the coupon because it was not the basic manicure and pedicure or so I questioned if they would be able to charge us the difference in price and she stated no we work on commission here and that would not be fair to us workers The man who told you you could use the coupon is a hairdresser and has no business telling you that is okShe then got her manager to talk to me and the manager explained that the nails that I got were higher quality and would last up to three weeks yet four days later my nails are now growing out, there are air bubbles, yellow tint towards the bottom of my nails and cracks So I was charged more for something that isn't very quality and also my toe nails have air bubbles on them the paint is chipping off of some of the nails and my feet are not smooth at all
