Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 5, 2015/10/12) */ On October 1,2015, I received a text from * [redacted] stating "That I was avoiding his wife's correspondence and he was on his way to my local police stationShortly after I received a text from him stating that he was at my residence and he was demanding their refund of $He wanted to know if I was at home"I informed him that I was not at homeHe said that I haven't responded to calls or emailsI never received any calls or email from [redacted] nor [redacted] regarding the moniesI checked my phone and I seen that there was a voice mail earlier that afternoon from a gentleman from the same text number as his stating to call himThe gentlemen had left no name, number or why he wanted me to call him backOnly that it was an urgent matterThis was the first correspondence that I had received from either of themI will also mention that [redacted] called my husband's employer and texted my husband regarding the moniesNeither of those parties should have been contacted He kept demanding the monies right then and wanted to know when I would be homeThen he told me "I'll tell you what I am gonna doYou have the $in my mail box by Saturday and we'll just move onIf its not there, I will show up with a police officer to have it handled on SundaySend the check to: [redacted] " On Saturday, October, 2015, I texted him to tell him that I sent the monies via priority mail: [redacted] and it would be delivered on Monday, October, I informed him that this matter was now closed and not to bother me anymore [redacted] agreed that this matter would be closed once the monies where in his hand The post office tried to deliver the monies ($money order) on October 5,The mail delivery person left a notice that they must pick it up at the post office due to the signature confirmationTo this date, October 2015, it has not been picked up at the post office With the texts there was an agreement that the $refund would be acceptedThis is even after they had filed complaint with the Revdex.comWith this they should have to accept the $refund and this matter should be FULLY closedThe other monies that they are trying accumulate should be null and void due to thisIf they had not planned on accepting the refund at that time they should have not of falsely agreed upon accepting the monies on either dateThey are now in breach of their agreement If they are now going to breach their agreement of accepting the refund, I would like for them to contact their post office to have the monies returned back to me by October This is the due date that the post office has set to return the monies back to me it is not picked upI will not wait past October to receive the agreed rejected refund

was demanding their refund of $200.00. He wanted to know if I was at home". I informed him that I was not at home. He said that I haven't responded to calls or emails. I never received any calls or email from [redacted] nor [redacted] regarding the monies. I checked my phone and I seen that there was a voice mail earlier that afternoon from a gentleman from the same text number as his stating to call him. The gentlemen had left no name, number or why he wanted me to call him back. Only that it was an urgent matter. This was the first correspondence that I had received from either of them. I will also mention that [redacted] called my husband's employer and texted my husband regarding the monies. Neither of those parties should have been contacted.
He kept demanding the monies right then and wanted to know when I would be home. Then he told me "I'll tell you what I am gonna do. You have the $200.00 in my mail box by Saturday and we'll just move on. If its not there, I will show up with a police officer to have it handled on Sunday. Send the check to: [redacted]"
On Saturday, 3 October, 2015, I texted him to tell him that I sent the monies via priority mail: [redacted] and it would be delivered on Monday, 5 October, 2015. I informed him that this matter was now closed and not to bother me anymore. [redacted] agreed that this matter would be closed once the monies where in his hand.
The post office tried to deliver the monies ($200.00 money order) on October 5,2015. The mail delivery person left a notice that they must pick it up at the post office due to the signature confirmation. To this date, 12 October 2015, it has not been picked up at the post office.
With the texts there was an agreement that the $200.00 refund would be accepted. This is even after they had filed complaint with the Revdex.com. With this they should have to accept the $200.00 refund and this matter should be FULLY closed. The other monies that they are trying accumulate should be null and void due to this. If they had not planned on accepting the refund at that time they should have not of falsely agreed upon accepting the monies on either date. They are now in breach of their agreement.
If they are now going to breach their agreement of accepting the refund, I would like for them to contact their post office to have the monies returned back to me by 20 October 2015. This is the due date that the post office has set to return the monies back to me it is not picked up. I will not wait past 20 October 2015 to receive the agreed rejected refund.
