This company shows a complete lack of willingness to communicate with a customer after they have performed a jobThey don's show up for appointments, and they don't answer phone calls or messagesThey have not given me any written form of a bill/ invoice/ statement and yet have charged my credit card for the entire job, in spite of the fact that there is a problem with the outcomeThey did not have permission to charge anything but the deposit to my accountWe now have a damaged/patched "new" kitchen floor*** They definitely under-perform, *** *** If you ever find yourself tempted to use them, get EVERYTHING in writing ahead of time, and DO NOT give them your credit card numberAnd then SUPERVISE*** the work!
I fell like they did not help me with my education at all. I feel like I have had money go places to my education that was a waste. I feel like my education is not worth anything. I feel like my assignment had nothing to do with Medical Billing and Coding. I want to know if you my diploma is worth anything.
