I am rejecting this response because: First of allThe first initial visit never happenedThe rental office claimed the pest control went to the wrong unitBefore the first initial inspection we never received anything about how to prepare for the pest control only a notice saying they would be there that TuesdayThe only reason we received a how to prepare document was because my wife went into the rental office. Before they claimed the pest control went into the wrong unit they claimed the pest control person did not find any evidence of bed bugs at allthat's why my wife had to go home and get the bed bug she found that morning and bring it into the rental officeSo that's the only reason we were able to receive treatmentWe ask every Tuesday about how the pest control visit went that day and what the inspector foundIf they still see any evidence of bed bugsWe get the same responseThey spray regardless if they see bugs or not. Now we are receiving the responseYes they see bedbugs and that's why they are continuing to spray. We only want to know whether we are still having bed bug problems and if so where do they see themBut the rental office claims the inspectors don't give them all that informationbut yet the pest control people say we have to get that information from the rental officeThe rental office does not provide any information and they get smart. And all this percentages the rental office is proclaiming that are 40% and so on preparedThat's ridiculous we are told to empty dressers and put things off the floor and move furniture away from the wallsSo we place the bags of stuff in the middle of the floor or in the closet so they can sprayWhere else are we going to put the bags of stuffWe only have a bedroom. And the living room only had the air mattress so they could have still sprayed in teh living room that dayI'm not sure what they are talking about when they say they saw a bed bug on the bedWe only have one mattress that they can treatSo all we want to know is if we still have a bed bug problem and if so where is the problem located within the unit

I am rejecting this response because: First of all. The first initial visit never happened. The rental office claimed the pest control went to the wrong unit. Before the first initial inspection we never received anything about how to prepare for the pest control only a notice saying they would be there that Tuesday. The only reason we received a how to prepare document was because my wife went into the rental office.  Before they claimed the pest control went into the wrong unit they claimed the pest control person did not find any evidence of bed bugs at all. that's why my wife had to go home and get the bed bug she found that morning and bring it into the rental office. So that's the only reason we were able to receive treatment. We ask every Tuesday about how the pest control visit went that day and what the inspector found. If they still see any evidence of bed bugs. We get the same response. They spray regardless if they see bugs or not. Now we are receiving the response. Yes they see bedbugs and that's why they are continuing to spray.  We only want to know whether we are still having bed bug problems and if so where do they see them. But the rental office claims the inspectors don't give them all that information. but yet the pest control people say we have to get that information from the rental office. The rental office does not provide any information and they get smart.  And all this percentages the rental office is proclaiming that are 40% and so on prepared. That's ridiculous we are told to empty dressers and put things off the floor and move furniture away from the walls. So we place the bags of stuff in the middle of the floor or in the closet so they can spray. Where else are we going to put the bags of stuff. We only have a 2 bedroom.  And the living room only had the air mattress so they could have still sprayed in teh living room that day. I'm not sure what they are talking about when they say they saw a bed bug on the bed. We only have one mattress that they can treat. So all we want to know is if we still have a bed bug problem and if so where is the problem located within the unit.Regards,
