We received a copy of your complaint to the Revdex.com and apologize for all the confusion you have experienced with Wedgewood Pharmacy and our staff. A Wedgewood Pharmacy representaive contacted you on May 4th and worked with...

you to resolve the billing issue that you encountered. You then contacted your veterinarian to discuss a new prescription for Zen’s medication. Just to recap what was discussed and the resolution agreed to. Wedgewood did successfully charge your credit card for Zen’s prescription ordered on 6-1-15 totaling $51.00, however the charge was disputed with your credit card provider on 6-23-15. On 7-6-15 your credit card provider did a reversal of the charge taking back the $51.00 from Wedgwood and returned the amount to you the cardholder. Since so much time had elapsed since the credit card reversal of charges, we removed the $51.00 balance (that was showing due) from your account so that you could order prescribed medications for Zen at Wedgewood. Your veterinarian then worked with you and provided a new prescription for Zen. While you had requested a 45 day supply of medication, the veterinarian would only approve and provide us with a prescription for a 15 day supply which we shipped to you on May 4th. When we contacted you on May 5th to explain that the veterinarian would only authorize a 15 day supply, you stated you no longer wanted the 15 day supply and to refund your money for the order. We will do as you requested and refund your $15.25 and you may keep the 15 day supply of medication at no charge when it arrives. While only receiving approval from your veterinarian for a 15 day supply of medication was understandably disappointing to you, this is beyond Wedgewood’s control to resolve. If we can be of any further assistance in this matter please contact us.

This company is amazing!. I am from Las Vegas and the vet referred me to another company whom was horrible and they have an F rating on Revdex.com. Wedgewood pharmacies I used in the Virgin Islands and now in Las Vegas. Shipping was great and they even sent a toy that my cat adores! The customer service phone dialog is amazing too they are the gold standard, are empathetic and knowledgeable. I will permanently use this company.

Review: order a refill on my cat medication (cat has [redacted] and needs to be on continious medication)

Order was placed on a phone and confirmed via e-mail on september 23 [redacted]

Order was not filled for a week. Medication was not sent . Cat was left without medication.

Called the pharmacy multiple times, finally got medication sent to me with no explanation as of why this delay happened.

Was promissed a refund($59), but never given one.Desired Settlement: refund $59

Ms. [redacted] ordered a refill for her cat's custom compounded medication on 9/23/2013. She had not received her medication by 9-30 and contacted WW. WW then identified the order, ensured that it was made and was delivered to Ms. [redacted] on 10/2. 92% of orders placed with WW ship within 1 business day and fully understand that our products can have a significant impact on our customers. Wetake full responsibility for not meeting that level of service for her cat Fluffy. With respect to credit being owed. Ms. [redacted] was preauthorized for 64.00...54 for the medication and 10 shipping. At the time of her call we upgraded the shipping to priority overnight at no charge. Upon review of the calls there was no promise made to not charge her for the medication. That being said when we attempted to actualy charge her card it declined. Therefore WW had not charged her nor would a credit be in order as no funds were ever obtained by Wedgewood. Again, we are not pleased that it took us the time it did to fulfill Fluffies medication order as that is not our typical state of business. Worst possible experience I have had with any company I have ever interacted with. My cat is extremely ill and is becoming sicker every day and this company still has not sent us his medicine. We are several days passed when this pharmacy has promised our medicine to have arrived. This pharmacy is irresponsible in its business practices and our cat is still sick because of their inability to get medicine to us. I will advocate against anyone using this pharmacy and plan on speaking with our veterinarian about no longer using this pharmacy either.
The biggest slap in the face is that we paid for expedited shipping because our cat is so sick. We received a hollow apology email from this company stating that they are sorry that they did not meet their promised date that the medicine should have arrived. They did not even offer to refund the extra money we paid to have it shipped sooner.
If you care about the well-being of your pet, do not use this company.
