We are a dental office providing honest and compassionate dental careWe preach our slogan in a way that offer strictly necessary treatment and charge only what is fair and agreed previously with patient or otherwise waive
charges
The case for Mr*** is that he did, in fact, at certain point had a zero balanceThe $50.00, amount in dispute, was charged to patient due to he had an appointment to which he did not showAll patients have a contract with the office to be charged $cancellation fee if notice is not given hrs prior appointment day
We believe that the amount is fair, although this charge does not cover the expenses for when patients do not show, it is up to certain point symbolic in a way to help patients to be more compliant.
After the Revdex.com complaint by this patient, we have attempted to contact Mr*** without successWe just wanted to explain patient the charges and to get him to remove the Revdex.com complaintHe probably doesn't know but it does harm our reputation with the community
At the moment we have waived the charge and are expecting to hear from patient to verbally restore our patient-doctor relationship
I wish that you can help us to resolve this situation and remove the reported " mischarge"
