point the finger when you don’t want to have to deal with or pay extra for the problem at hand. We usually do not exchange product for free either when it is not purchased from us because we are not here to help the internet sell more product and the deal with the unsatisfied customer when things break. In no way is a defective product our responsibility to service for free when it was NOT purchased from weeBee Audio. Phat is a major reason why people should buy from where they get the work done.Kerry S[redacted]Owner/President of WeeBee Audio-Videol, David M[redacted] spoke to [redacted] on June 25, 2015. We spoke about what was wrong with the install we did here at WeeBee Audio. He told me that the rear speakers were not working properly. He thought it might be the amp he had, so he already had one being sent to him before I spoke to him. I asked him it there was anything wrong with the radio or dash kit which he told me there was not. The only issue he had was the rear speakers not working,| spoke with him further to get him scheduled for a time he could bring his car on for me to look at personally and get it fixed for him. I told him would try and figure out what was going on with the rear speaker, and get them working properly for him. We made it a day that he would have a new amp he ordered online in case his other amp was bad. That way I could switch it that say and not have to have him make a return trip for that,He is scheduled to drop his car off on July 7, 2015 at 10:00AM and is to be here till 7:00Pm the same day if needed.
