At this time, I have been contacted directly by Wee Care Corporate Child Care regarding complaint ID [redacted] , however my complaint has NOT been resolved because: The manager has promised to issue me a refund check (as noted in the attached correspondence) and agreed that I would come to their office in Brooklyn to pick up the checkAfter confirming this is writing (as per attached email exchange) [redacted] later would not confirm that the check would be there, going back on her earlier commitment I would also like to note that the company is called Hanover Place Childcare and would ask that this complaint be registered to that DBA as well I would appreciate any support that Revdex.com can provide to this caseI simply want a refund of the money the company itself has acknowledged that its owed to my family In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted] ***

claimed that it sent a refund check however it did not arrive to my mailbox (business is based in Brooklyn, I am in Manhattan). I subsequently have sent over five emails and calls, asking to clarify to which address the check was sent, and to email a scanned copy of the check. The last I heard from the business was May **, 2017, saying that they would send another check. I have contacted them several times in follow up, still to no avail.
