I bought the "Adventure Trailer" in 2020. I paid to have it shipped to the Seattle area. I had the following issues:

1) When I would connect the lights to my vehicle it would always snap a fuse. I found that the ground wire(s) for the lights did not have a proper end connection. All they did was wrap the un-stripped wire around a screw and mounted it. Once I stripped the wire and installed it correctly the issue abated.

2) When looking for issue #1, I found that the interior walls were only partially insulated. None of the insulation was cut to fit, rather just busted/snapped and put in place between the studs. This left large gaps lacking insulation on what I would estimate to be 10-15% of the area. I re-insulated the walls.

3) The frame was only partially painted, and what was painted did not have any primer. It looked like they used a rattle can on the top and sides, and skipped the underside nearly completely. The existing paint could be removed simply with a fingernail. The unpainted underside already had significant rust the day it arrived. I removed all the paint and rust as best I could, primed, and repainted everything.

4) The racks I ordered did not arrive with the trailer. I called and was told that they did not like the powdercoat and had it redone. They said the racks would be sent later that week. When they did not arrive, I called again and was told they would give me a call back... which I never received. Multiple emails sent which were unanswered. Then I received an email which said that they needed the width of the trailer to have the racks made and they would get them sent??? I sent the measurements, and again silence. More ignored emails sent. Again...finally received an email which stated "I had them redone and will give u tracking number tomorrow". I never received the tracking number, and as I write this it has been six (6) weeks. I will now pursue disputing the charges.

These are the key issues. I found more. Maybe their other trailers are of better quality, but if I had it to do all over again, I would buy local and avoid Weeroll! So frustrating!!!

I have put a lot of work into repairing this thing which I don't entirely mind. I'm fairly handy and tend to enjoy projects...but not getting the racks puts me over the edge with this nonsense.

After talking to Tom about 6 months ago I sent my deposit and got on the list for construction of my WR- " SILVER CLOUD"

so..about 6 months later he tell me it should be ready in the next 3 weeks,so I sent him the balance on the trailer ,about 4500$ and we waited another 3 weeks and then we called him ..asked if it would be ready on the next Monday and he said yes!
So I booked off from work for a week and my wife as a teacher was on spring break and we drove from Wisconsin to Florida to go pick it up.
When we got there after 2 days of driving we finally arrived and there it was in all its glory ,Tom was there and all the staff,the nicest people you could ever deal with ,I could not believe how amazing of an experience it was to get there and they take you on a tour,show you how to take care of your micro camper and what to expect in the next 2 years with maintenance [easy stuff] and just make new friends.
they dont treat you like a client at all ,you are treated like family .
I dont regret working with weeroll at all,I feel like I just made a new family and I am very satisfied with my purchase !
Since we got back to Wisconsin we have had strangers contact us to come see our camper and how we fixed it up on the inside ,they all contacted weeroll and started the steps with Tom to purchase one also .
