I reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find the resolution is satisfactory to me I totally disagree with what he said in his response but want to end this nightmare!!! Regards, [redacted] ***

Sorry I didn’t get to this sooner I’ve been away for the holidaysOnce again more of the same irrational responsesWhat possible advantage could we have to lie about a single visit? Why would I risk damage to my reputation over such a small amount of money? Nothing you have said has made any sense whatsoeverMs *** everything inside our system is timed stamped and datedIt tracks everything, emails, technician notes, service calls, anything and everything with your accountI spent a lot of time going over your entire account to write that response to make sure I didn’t have any of the facts wrongYOUR OWN REVIEW SHOWS YOU’RE THE ONLY ONE NOT BEING TRUTHFULI QUOTE FROM YOUR REVIEW“”This year I sent in the payment of $with a note that they owed me more treatments and that on at least occasion they did not treat my backyard because my dogs were out and my son was home to witness the fact that they didn't treat it.”” The service call in our system for that instance is also dated this yearIt was generated from the very first visit of this seasonSo how is that a lie if you’re corroborating it? To say I didn’t try to work with you is nonsenseI offered to cut your bill in half to cover our costs since you did not cancel the service or respond to any of our noticesTo say you didn’t get a renewal letter is nonsenseIf you didn’t get a renewal letter how did you supposedly write on it you wanted only two more treatments? I can post a copy of it to this if necessary we keep them all for accountabilityTo say we threatened you is nonsenseWanting to get paid for work performed is not a threat its common senseIn fact the only one who has ever threatened anyone is youYou supposedly want to charge us with trespassing, call the city for some reason, and write nonsense about my company wherever you canQuote: “He had always told me that their practice was to always continue service because it was on the notices that they left on my door after treatment.” So you agree that you knew you were supposed to cancel the service? So why did you not call or email or say something to the effect that you wanted to discontinue service after the second visit? Quote: “Again, I had written it on my remittance of the $at the beginning of to end all services after they completed the remaining treatments that they still owed me!!!” Again no note was on there I have it in our possession we keep them for accountability on our end and yoursWhat did we owe you? You signed up for a service in the previous year that you didn’t pay for fullyWe completed the work based off what had been paid so farIs this the portion you’re hung up on or not understanding? You hired us for service the previous season, only paid for part of itSo only part of the work was performed aka what was paidThen in the following year you just want the remaining treatments? Am I following that correctly? That’s not how we or any other lawn care company operatesWe run season to season what occurred in the previous season does not determine the following unless you change services/programs offered by usMaybe that’s what you missed or the part your misunderstandingThe fact remains that had you paid the bill the previous year we never would be in this situation in the first placeWe would have completed your package and you would have renewed this year for a FULL season or we would have parted waysNone of this I only wanted xyz nonsense would have occurredAlso had you of called me or reached out to me in some way first in a polite manner I would have been more than happy to have helped you out with thisAfter all we are not talking about a lot of money hereHowever when you send me nasty emails, threatened to have myself and employees arrested for trespassing, call the city? For what I’m not sure I’m property licensed and permitted to do business in every central Ohio city, report me to the Revdex.comI’m less inclined to help you outHad you of just sent an email and said hey I think either I made a mistake or you guys did and my service was supposed to stop after the second visit can you let me know what’s going on that would be greatI probably wouldn’t have even looked at your account and responded hey don’t worry about it I’ll take care of itHowever you didn’t respond that way you were downright rude and nasty from the beginning and took it upon yourself to bash my reputationI take my reputation very seriously, I take my company very seriously, and I especially take my customers seriouslyThis should be very apparent by our stellar record we have everywhere, and the amount of time I have wasted on such an absurd matter so farHowever time is money and I’ve wasted enough of it on this so farWith that in mind I don’t wish to waste any more time on this matterI just want to part ways with you as fast as possibleIf you remove the negativity you have posted onlineI’ll call off the collections companyNormally I would never do that once it’s gone to collections because it encourages other to try to do the same to get out of payingThat the best deal and last deal I’m going to offer to youLet me know how you wish to proceedWill T*** President Weed Busters Lawn Care

I've tried to work with Ms. [redacted] on several occasions I really have done my best to see if we could come up with a resolution. Unfortunately she continues to write us bad reviews every chance she can everywhere she can. We feel that we have done everything in our power to come to terms with her but...

nothing seems to work. You guys are welcome to read the chain of events below and make up your own mind about us. She purchased a package from us in 2016 that covered a property of a certain lot size. Unfortunately her property was bigger than the offer included no big deal the offer stated you just need to pay the additional amount due for larger properties that both of us agreed to prior to the first service being completed. She agreed and we completed the first application without any problems. However 8+ weeks in we still hadn't received payment for the overage. I reached out to Ms. [redacted] about the overage she stated it was fine she would pay it with the next application. So I took her word for it and scheduled the second treatment. No problems from this visit either. However another 8+ weeks went by with no payment still. I reached out to her yet again about the overage due.  I didn’t hear back from her this time for a few weeks but it still was the same story of I’ll send it with the next treatment. Reluctantly I agreed to give her another chance. So weeks go by and same thing still no payment for the overage. At this point I choose to discontinue service until the overage was paid. It also was a hot and dry summer so application timeframes were further apart than normal. So the delays in overage being paid along with further apart applications that season caused her to only have 3 treatments of the 5. I didn’t hear from her again until the late spring of 2017 at this point we are almost a year overdue. She received a renewal letter that explained the service options available for the year. With options to, prepay, pay as you go or to confirm discontinuation of services. We received a check for the overage due along with pay as you go box checked on her renewal letter for the same services as last year along with current pricing. Everything was clearly laid out on pricing and terms. I assumed she wanted her remaining two treatments at the package price she purchased and to continue the service as a pay as you go which she selected. Since we had issues with her in the past I made sure to note her account after her credit balance had expired. She received a notice from us after the remaining two treatments were completed that her pre paid balance had expired and her account was now switching to a pay as you go which is what she selected at the beginning of the year. I explicitly told her if she wished to cancel service to just notify us. On that last prepaid treatment she stated that her dog was out and we couldn’t have possibly treated her back lawn that we needed to come back out. So I agreed to come out and inspect the property. I showed up the very next day. Found fertilizer prills in her flowerbeds in the back lawn and a few weeds visibly dyeing. I told her what I had found and that it couldn’t have possibly been skipped. At no point in time during this contact did she state she was done or canceling services. You would think that this would be a perfect moment to state that considering all the notices she had received about the account. Unfortunately I didn’t hear anything from her until after the next two visits which happened to be a combination round of two services in one visit. She stated she no longer wanted services and that she would not be paying for the last two visits as she didn’t authorize them. Quite confused I pointed out to her the Renewal letter terms along with the noticed I had gave her on the last visit she had prepaid for and plainly asked why she didn’t reach out to me? It fell on deaf ears she became quite difficult to deal with. I stated to her the terms she agreed to and the notice she received. She stated that she had written a note on the renewal to discontinue after the two services were completed which wasn’t true I personally go through them myself in the spring just to make sure everything is correct she has also stated she had treatments in the spring and we randomly showed up in September which also isn’t true as documented by our computer system that records every treatment timeline required by the department of agriculture in Ohio. She has had multiple opportunities to tell me she was canceling services with a ton of notices I’m not sure what else we could have done to make things any clearer. I’ve offered to work with her in multiple ways every time I get an irrational purely emotional response back. I even offered to cut the cost in half at one point just so we could let this go and I could cover my costs of doing business with her. Nothing I have offered has ever made any difference. I was planning on just letting this go since at the time it didn’t seem to make sense to cause a big stir over a single visit. I would never drag my name though the mud or put my reputation on the line over a single visit. However Ms. [redacted] has made it her personal mission to drag our name though the mud and write bad reviews of us anywhere she can. With that in mind will be pursuing every legal option available to us to collect what is owed to us.

I am rejecting this response because:  I never contracted the services for which I am being charged and the responses you received from Weed Busters lies.  I have read the reply from Weed Busters regarding my Complaint and find that most of it is complete lies!  I am truly at a loss that a company can be so deceitful.  The very first sentence the owner wrote is false….he has never tried to come up with a resolution.  I also never wrote bad reviews (plural) every chance I got!  I have only written one and that was after I contacted him about the bills that were left on my door and he was threatening to me! I also never received a renewal letter and never checked a box to continue service.  As I stated in my complaint, when I paid the final payment when I saw that they were going to complete the services which I had purchased the year previously, I stated on my remittance that I didn’t want any more treatments from them.  He had always told me that their practice was to always continue service because it was on the notices that they left on my door after treatment.  There was never any mention of a renewal notice or box to check.  This is total fiction!!  Again, I had written it on my remittance of the $45 at the beginning of 2017 to end all services after they completed the 2 remaining treatments that they still owed me!!! He also never agreed to come out and inspect my property the very next day regarding when I stated that my dogs had been in the back yard and I know that I didn’t receive treatment during that application.  How on earth could he when I didn’t even notify him about this until the beginning of 2017!!!  And the event had occurred in 2016!!!  Again, throughout his response he has made multiple false claims.  He repeatedly said that I have written multiple bad reviews when in fact I only wrote one (1) which is my right.  Now is plans on ruining my credit for something I never hired him to do and don’t owe his company.  In fact, I should have filed trespassing charges against him since I did not give permission for him to be on my property after April 2017. Regards,
[redacted]
