I do apologize for any inconvenience. I believe the confusion was that Weed Man had in fact taken over your lawn service but the ornamental services were still being provided by Truly Nolen. When the letter was sent in I was told you wanted to cancel your services with Weed Man. That still left...
the service with Truly Nolen. Again I apologize for any and all miscommunications and I will waive the $30 charge for the ornamental service that was provided. I had already canceled the account when the technician called me to let me know you didn't want this service any longer. Please feel free to contact me directly on my cell phone if you need further assistance. The ornamental account was cancelled on 12-29-2018. The Weed Man lawn account was cancelled the day we received the letter. Thank You,[redacted]General Manager###-###-####
