I called this company repeatedly to get my $credit - I was told over and over again that I did not get the creditmy mother in law called on my behalf and they also told her id did not get the creditthen they told me the only way I would get the $credit is if I signed up for service for so now im suppose to believe that I already got the credit after being told no and my mother in law being told noso then the only way to get the credit was if I signed up for svc in I asked for proof in an email and they could not provide proof that I received the credit my repeated phone calls to their business was always a negative no credit for the referral unless I signed up for so now all of a sudden - they want to show that I did get it if they would have provided proof a long time ago - this would not have happened I don't believe them for a minute
On March 27, *** *** became a customer of oursShe was referred by one of our customers and received a $credit on her accountShe prepaid for the services that same day and the $credit was applied towards her prepaymentIn April she referred her in-laws who became customers
and they received a $credit which was applied onto their first serviceSince *** *** was the one who referred this time she received a $credit on her accountBecause she prepaid for her services she had a $credit that could have been used if she wanted to add in another service but since she did not it was going to be applied onto her order*** *** called wanting us to credit her credit card that $I tried to explain to her that it was not like real money that we had, it was a bonus for referring someoneShe said to cancel the account and she was going to contact the Revdex.comAfter speaking with the owner of the company I called her once again to tell her that we did value her business and did not want to lose her as a customer so we wanted to do her first application next year at no charge AND credit the account $for the referralShe said that she would think about it and let us know
Received weed man response, I accept their reply but I also requested from them that I want someone in writing, (email is fine) stating I am not liable for any servicesThat the charges / billing statement they left on my door was their error. Thank you,*** ***

would like to apologize to Mrs*** for any inconvenience we may have caused herIn our initial contact with her son, our sales person had no way to know they were not speaking with someone with the authority to authorize a lawn care application to her homeThe phone call was recorded and he prOvided a credit card to pay for the serviceWe did cancel any further applications after learning that Mrs*** did not want our services
Her phone number and contact information stayed in our system, so she may have received more calls from our quality control as to why the account was cancelledAfter Mrs*** requested not to be called anymore by our office the calls should have stopped.sincerely apologize to Mrs, *** that this happenedI personally checked our files to be sure that all of her information was removed so that we will not bother her again

We have found that the original charge on 4/6/was reversed before it ever hit the credit card company. We had processed the card and while it was still pending we reversed the charge. Therefore, there was never a charge to Mr***s credit card. Mrs** *** can check her son’s bill from April and check with the credit card company to see that the charge never occurred. Attached are the historical statements for both her and her mother-in-law that I sent to her, her mother-in-laws written order where you can see it referencing Ms. Falcone's account number and the email exchange back and forth.

The business responded via phone as follows:The company states matter was resolved the same day that the consumer called.The company states there was a misunderstanding and all contracts have been cancelled.The company states the consumer has been placed on their do not contact list.
I have read the business response and am satisfied with the outcome but I would like to comment on the length that it REALLY took to get my son's card reimbursed. That was supposed to have been done on April 6, 2016 as promised by the GM, Mark R[redacted]. Obviously that never happened and I'm disappointed to find out that it had not been taken care of 6 months ago. It makes me wonder if they have charged his card more than just once. I did not request the refund in my original request as I had assumed that the GM of all people would have followed through with his word on taking care of the issues I was having with that company. That was an afterthought I had and I'm glad that I brought the subject up. I really feel bad for anyone that has bought into the promises that this company makes. Obviously the only way to get a resolution from them is to go through the Revdex.com. I want to thank [redacted] Land for all of the help that she has given me through this process. She did a fantastic job. :-)
