I had their service for a number of years (and my lawn never looked any better than any neighbours' lawns) and finally cancelled. They have sent me an invoice for this year's services. In the past they automatically renewed service each year without my permission, and I am afraid they are doing it again. I just had a phone rep try to upsell me and continue to argue as I told her "I DON'T WANT YOUR SERVICE!" about 10 times in a row. I finally had to hang up. This company has the most aggressive selling of anyone I have ever dealt with. This sales rep would not act on my simple instruction so I have to now take steps to ensure they will not keep billing me for services I told them I do not want.

Desired Outcome

I do not want these people on my property ever again. I do not want them to bill me for services I told them not to provide. I want them to stop calling me and stop sending invoices for services I told them I do not want.

Mr., I apologize for your experience and am looking into the matter. We have not serviced your property since 2017 and you have no order placed for the 2019 lawn care season. I will remove your information from our file and once again apologize for any inconvenience we might have caused you.

I keep receiving a bill with monthly penalty until we pay the bill. I talked to them on the phone . I told them that:
1.) I did not sign any contract.
2.) Their service last year did not eradicate the weeds.
3.) I did not authorized the job.
4.)They did not notify us that they are coming to do the job.
5.) I did not see anybody servicing the yard.
They keep sending the bill monthly by email.
Kindly advise us what to do.

Good afternoon ***,
Your account balance has been removed. I would like to clarify that when you order services in 2017 we have a recording that states Weed Man is a continuous service company from service to service and year to year at which time you did not opted out of this schedule. We also mailed out 3 separate invoices prior to the 2018 lawn care season starting advising you again of the services that were scheduled and offer you the option to prepay or modify/cancel your account by a certain date. The fact that this is your first year of continuous service I reviewed your account last month and decided at that time to remove your balance. I am sorry for any inconvenience this might have caused you as that was not our intention.
