I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  I do dispute that I received notification of a "merger", and I find Weed Pro's claim that it was somehow my responsibility to notify them not to treat my property completely ludicrous.  The default should always be a request for service.  For many reasons,  a reputable business should have a written agreement in hand before doing anything to anyone's property.   I sincerely hope that Weed Pro uses this incident to voluntarily end an indefensible and reckless business practice.
