Have waited over 30 days for an item to be shipped. When contacted and asked for update was repeatedly told "any day now".
This is unacceptable for a retailer to delay shipping items, that have been paid in full with no explanation or timeline to share with the purchaser of when it will be released.

Don’t buy here had to wait 3 weeks for a puff co and then got a refund. They had the nerve to laugh in my face then block my phone number when trying to call them. I would not spend my money here go else where

I ordered a mighty on June 7 from weedi. Every week they extend the ship date due to delays. I waited until June 30 until I lost my patience and found an even better deal on puffitup and it shipped same day.

I then go to cancel my order on weedi with their chat thing on the bottom right. CSR tells me it's processing and ill receive my refund in 2-3 days. After that they never sent me any email confirmation. I wait 3 days to email them and ask if my order is cancelled and if my refund is coming. They claimed to never received any request to cancel and told me to wait another 3 days for my refund. Again, didn't get any kind of email confirmation.

I read the 1 star reviews on trust pilot and get nervous so I filed a chargeback on chase and they removed the charge. Its been a week since I charged back and I got an email just now telling me my order is about to ship telling me to contact the courier for question.

I replied to that email telling them not to ship and that my order is cancelled. CSR tells me they can't cancel and then asks me why I want to cancel the order.... What a joke of a company, they need to be shut down

I placed my order on July 4th and was expecting to 2-day delivery one of my items was not in stock and was told it would ship the week of the 7th today is the 13th I have yet to receive either item I have one tracking number that shows no anticipated delivery date that is been stuck in transit for over 5 days I reached out to the company directly and I'm not getting any direct answers I also left a review on trust pilot which was challenge by the company as a violation of the terms of service I have my receipt showing that I paid at the $300 for both of my items on July 4th and have yet to receive either item if I cannot get either item within the next few days please refund my purchase price this has been a very frustrating experience and the fact that there is no straight answers from the company is very frustrating

BUYERS BEWARE. THEY LIE ABOUT SHIPPING YOUR PRODUCT JUST TO KEEP YOUR MONEyY. WHEN YOU START TALKING ABOUT A REFUND THEY WILL IGNORE YOU AND STOP RESPONDING. I HAVE PROOF AND EMAILS OF THEM REPEATEDLY TELLING ME THEY SHIPPED IT AND USPS HAD MY ITEM. LONG STORY SHORT USPS CALLED ME TO TELL ME THEY DIDNT HAVE IT. NO RESPECT AT ALL. THEY WILL STRAIGHT UP LIE TO YOU AND YOU WONT GET YOUR PRODUCT. COMPANY IS A FAT SCAM AND A JOKE JUST CHECK THE REVIEWS ON FACEBOOK THEYRE ALL BAD

AVOID WEEDIPEDIA LIKE THE PLAGUE! Please read fully through and you'll realize why!
Firstly, the package was delayed because of stock issues, communication during transit was royally f*ed up with the package having two separate tracking numbers and them not putting my full apartment number on the package (edit: even though they claim they did, the package label shows otherwise), and ups couldn't seem to figure out how to deliver the package even with all the information, and then I ended up having to manually go pick up the package in the end. Disaster of an experience that I even sent them a support message just asking them for future customers to amend their buying process. I wouldn't trust, and would avoid. I did eventually end up with the package but it was not due to their support nor any assistance on their end.
Edit: they sent me an email after they replied asking me to take down the review for store credit. They stated the following:
"Hello,
I am sorry to hear of the issue with your order. I had no idea any of that happened with trying to retrieve the order.
Please understand we are drop shippers that rely on the supplier to ship our order. I just checked and we had the correct address for it. If the shipping company left off the apt # I am very sorry on their behalf. I can assure you that is not a normal issue for us. We truly tried to keep you as posted as we could with your order. I see the emails to you.
Please consider giving us another try and removing the one star. We are trying to stay afloat in this tough time and that hurts our company. I am happy to send some store credit for the trouble if you could remove it for us. (link to this webpage, removed due to trustpilot limitations on links in reviews)

They did have an idea of all of the above grievances as I have emails proving that I aired these grievances to them literally stating why I had the bad experience and why I wouldn't order again. How inconsiderate do you have to be to offer store credit to someone in exchange for removal of the bad honest review? And to pseudo guilt trip with the "trying to stay afloat in this tough time"? Listen to the reviews, don't try to stifle them and amend your business to be better to not have these experiences. If you're "drop shippers" only, then this reflects even worse! Your shipping process should be streamlined and work incredibly well if your business literally only revolves around it, no? And if this truly is a one off, you shouldn't worry too much about a single one off bad experience and review! This leaves an even worse taste in my mouth. Definitely avoid!
The response from customer service indicates they're even less professional than before:
"Ok no worries. We are trying our best. This is a tough time for everyone but I guess you can not understand that. We can only work around our suppliers who are the ones that actually ship the orders. If they made a mistake in your address we are sorry for that. To try and tell people to NOT order from us and ruin our business for a simple mistake is very mean spirited.

"Hahaha you guys just dig your graves further as all of this is also included in the review verbatim. Maybe you shouldn't bad mouth customers no matter what? You realize that your emails are a public representation of your company and such saltiness calling me "mean spirited" for leaving an honest review reflects even worse on you and your company. You'd notice that this shipping issue is a repetitive problem if you read through other reviews and you'd actually amend your process if you truly cared about your customers. You guys leave things orderable when they're out of stock which is a dishonest practice. But I guess insulting customers is your real tactic to grow your business? Good luck with that! I bet your supervisor or manager would love to read this email chain. :)

Literally no air of professionalism! AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE! I can provide screenshots of the emails if anyone is keen :)

I ordered a Puffco Peak vaporizer from askweedipedia.com during the afternoon of June 25th. I recieved an email at 9:26 PM that evening providing me with an order number (#11859) and a tracking number. I was directed to askweedipedia.com through a Google search that led me to vapospy.com. I had not heard of weedipedia.com or vapospy.com prior to my search for a Puffco Peak. When I ordered, and still today, Vapospy.com is the 3rd Google search result for "Puffco Peak". Vapospy.com appears to be a 3rd party information and sales website. In the sales section of their page for the Puffco Peak, askweedipedia.com is the at the top of the list with the cheapest price. Each website listed has a caption advertising a deal that they are running. For example, today, under the the askweedipedia.com link is a caption that reads "Free Two Day Delivery On Orders Within The USA". When I ordered, the caption read "Free 2-7 Day Delivery Within The USA". Yesterday, July 1st, I contacted askweedipedia.com via their online chat function to ask if my item will be arriving tomorrow as advertised despite the tracking still indicating "Shipping Label Created, USPS Awaiting Item". They checked the tracking for me and told me the item is on its way to USPS. I reminded them of the 2-7 day delivery guarantee and they said they were not aware of any such deal and told me it was likely a promise made by the courier. For reference, the courier is USPS. I informed them that they must have been aware of the promotion if they chose to advertise on such a prominent website (3rd search result on Google), and asked if they would overnight the item to me to ensure their guaranteed delivery. They said they could not because the item was out of their hands. I, again, informed them that their advertising is deceptive to the consumer and they did not respond. Today is 7 days from the order and the tracking has yet to update.

I purched a puffco plus and once I used it twice it broke. I tried to reach out to the manufacturer with no luck. I have talked to weedipedia about a dozen times. they finally said they would do a return. four days after the return process has started they will not respond. I want the refund I am due. it should not be this hard to deal with a retailer.

Hello,

The customer was given the warranty departments information to have the item replaced. He is refusing this option but this is per our policies. I have issued him a RS label to return the item that he still has back to us, and we will issue him a full refund once we get it back. I still think it is unfair that he would not allow the replacement through the warranty center which he would have received.

We have spoke directly to the customer numerous times. I am just waiting for him to let us know when its on its way back to us.

I would stay away from this business if I were you. They keep stalling about getting your order shipped. Everything from how many days to process your order to they are trying to get tracking info. Better to pay a little more at a more reputable company.

Item arrived broken and tried to chat/email with them to get a replacement part. They never responded and let me in the dark. This was an expensive item. I would avoid the company at all costs.

I ordered a *** switch and a ball attachment. My order was over $400. When I order I was told 48 hours for processing before shipping. After 48 hours passed I had yet to receive tracking info. I contacted you and was told another 48 hours and I would have my tracking info. 48 hours later I still had nothing. I contacted you again and was told another 48 hours. 48 hours later I did finally receive the tracking info. My order arrived today and is missing half of my order. The ball attachment was not included. Absolutely unacceptable.

Hello,

We sent his order minus one missing piece in which we refunded in full for. It is back ordered from the supplier warehouse and we explained this to him. The manufacture is also back ordered. We sent him numerous updates on it. I even issued him store credit for the trouble on top pf the refund.
