Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:The response by ms. [redacted] is absolutely not true. First of all she lied to me about the plants and shrubs were all dying and must be replaced immediately I was so distressed after she told me that the shrubs and aspen were dying that I immediately went to the expense to get a second opinion. In addition I asked my caretaker of the home to check it and why hadn't he told me. The response from both was that her claim was ridiculous. They sent me pictures of the flower beds and sure enough everything was normal and healthy. Keep in mind this woman told me I must completely replace the beds and shrubs at a cost of what was to be tens of thousands of dollars. I guess she didn't count on me sending someone to check it. She assumed I lived in texas and wouldn't come see it. In addition after reviewing cameras I placed near the beds and seeing that the work she charged for was not being done, I fired her. She asked that I pay the final bill of 1700 dollars because (she really needed the money). I paid it and asked her not to go back. A month or two later she sent me another bill for 350 dollars and said that she felt I would pay it because my house was for sale and she knew "I didn't want a mechanics lien to interfere with the sale". Totally unethical. Its not about the lousy 350 dollars. I will spend far more than that litigating her. Its about the fact that someone like her needs to be stopped. Some folks assume everyone with a house in aldasoro has plenty of money I guess, so go ahead and stick it to them. I was warned and hired her anyway. My mistake. I just want to warn others about what she and Weeds llc are like. Too bad, but that's what courts are for.

Dear [redacted],I hope this email finds you well.  I am writing in regards to [redacted] complaint.  Our assigned ID # is [redacted].  Attached please find the the mechanic's lien I filed on [redacted] for lack of payment for services rendered.  [redacted] filed this claim after I told...

him that if he was not wiling to pay his bill I would have to file a lien.  Just days after this conversation he filed a complaint.  I also included pictures of his dead Mugo pines and Aspens that are suffering from disease.  [redacted] told me he was having company at the end of June so I suggested some garden enhancements.  The shrubs and the trees are barley alive and most of the garden are empty at the entrance of the house.  There was no pressure just recommendations. If you can see from my estimates and invoices sent to [redacted] I am actually under my estimates.  If you take note the estimates for the summer season (6 months) equal $7,773.70 and the invoices total $6,358.86.  He claims that her paid his bill in full with the final bill but he missed invoice number 1083 for $350.00.  And no where on the October bill does it say final bill.  He still owes Weeds Landscaping $350.  My mechanic's lien is by no means extortion it is a way for small local business getting paid by customers not willing to pay there bills even though we had a written verbal agreement. Please let me know if I can provide you with any additional information.  Have a great day.Sincerely,Suzanne [redacted]Weeds Landscaping###-###-####
