Great followthrough. Honest dealership.
I purchased a lightly used sprinter van (midwest day cruiser). Rick met my driver at the airport. He even made sure there was a full tank of fuel. He then led my driver on the correct path out of the city for the beginning of his 3,000 return trip. Thank you Rick

Review: I purchased two items from this business. Bumper guards and a set visors for my car for $400. I had spoken to the owner [redacted] who seemed to be a reasonable man, knowledgeable about his line of business. He was going to be in NJ and offered to drop the parts off at my body shop where my car was. I paid him through [redacted].When I picked up my car, I picked up the bumper guards and the visors. The bumper gurds were in fair condition and seemingly fine for the price. The visors however were clearly not the right ones. They were from a more recent version of my car, which actually doesn't change all that much, over the years, but they clearly had been updated. My car is a 1983 and I've owned it since 1986. Instead of admitting to a simple mistake, **.[redacted] tried to make it seem that I had different visors installed in my car. My owners manual, my friends with cars even a few years older or newer have the same visors that I have. He asked to send him pictures of my visors. I did. After some back and he finally suggested that I return them and that he would look for the right ones. The original purchase was September 26th, 2012. I picked my car up in October. I returned the visors to him soon thereafter, at a cost of $35. He has never contacted me on his own since. I would send an email to him about once a month, initially. It always seemed to have as a surprise, so I had to refresh his memory and the fact that I had no visors as of yet. Then he said that "his guys" had looked and looked and they could not find any. He then offered me a refund, but couldn't remember what I had paid. I sent him my [redacted] receipt for $400. I had explained that it included bumper guards. We could not agree on the price that I paid. So he said that he would then continue to look. Month after month goes by and no word. I email and get excuse after excuse. Finally in July he agrees to send me $200. He suddenly decided that it's going to be a credit instead of a check or a refund via [redacted].Desired Settlement: We settled on $200, which at this point woud be fine. On principle he had been dishonest and finally deceiful and abusive, actually telling me that I had insulted him in some fashion. Thereafter I did call him a bullstter. I simply want my money, since he cannot the provide the product that he initially promised, and again time and time again. And then only after I would send him emails inquiring about the status of the visors and how he would make good. This man deceived me, time and again.

Business

Response:

The refund of 200 to [redacted] was done via [redacted] before you even wrote us, for further prof he had purchased other 30 year old Porsche parts in the same order and elected to wait for another parts car to arrive. After his abuse of our generosity and free delivery to New Jersey I offered him 200 follars money back and in fact he got 200 back to go away with his threats.
