I would like to change the requested refund amount to $3,I would like for the dealer to pay for a rental car while my car is being repaired Also, I want a new key fob

We understand that this customer is upset with her Jeep dying without warning but she doesn't understand that we can't
do any further diagnosis on it without charging herIt has been doing this before we did the recall and she was told the recall was for an unintended rotation of the key to the off position and that was not what she said was happening so the recall would not solve the problemWhen she called Chrysler to complain they inadvertently called the selling dealer instead of us and the other dealer naturally wasn't aware of her situationChrysler called her and apologized for their error We ran a scan on it without charge on 3/10/and it showed no codes or bulletins and told her she should have the key fob replaced at an estimated cost of $She broke the fob and glued it with super glue (an excessive amount)This vehicle has miles on it and is out of warranty by several years and milesThere are many different things that could be causing it to die occasionally but it will take a through investigation to find out what the problem isIt could be an electrical problem, a fuel delivery problem, or a computer problem but it was NEVER the ignition recall and she was told thatI have enclosed copies of our repair orders and the copy of the recallBy the way, every business has a manager of some sort and we have one in every departmentShe has never asked to talk to the service manager or any other manager here, just Chrysler and the Revdex.com demanding money and a key that she brokeAnd yesterday she was at the selling dealership trying to get them to order a key and bill us for itShe told them she didn't think we did the recall so they run a scan and checked with Chrysler and told all recalls had been done and done correctlyMost everyone gets frustrated if their vehicle has a problem and we understand that better than mostBut they are not warrantied forever and are extremely complicatedBut I feel this frustration is aimed in the wrong direction
