I called and spoke with Ms *** the week of June 22ndAt that time we made an appointment for us to meet at the house on July 2ndMr*** was there for our meetingI wanted to personally see what the flooring issue entailedI observed
separate cracks in the floorBoth of these were over the top of framing support girders with in the 1st floor systemWe call these "girder cracks"They appear when the surrounding joists give way and sag, but the girder remains rigidThere was not anything we could have done as the floor installer for these cracks to appearMr*** understoodHe also said that he was disappointed in our slow response this springI understand that disappointmentThat is why, even though this is a framing issue, I agreed to resolve the issueWe are arranging an appointment this week to go out to the house and make the adjustmentsHopefully to Mrand Ms *** satisfaction
