Received a call on my business line in which I have a strict NO SOLICITATIONS POLICY, this is clearly stated on my website in bold letters more than once as well as in my phone book ad
This call was received at 8:am Feb1,caller ID 440-292-Caller Ray called me ** my first name and stated that we had spoken last week about advertising on Discount Drug Mart pharmacy bags, which is not trueI am the owner of this company and the only employee so there is no chance he spoke with someone elseI do not give out my name so he was obviously on my website and saw the NO SOLICITATION POLICY** using my first name he was trying to trick my into believing we had spoken.I find this VERY poor business practices!
Not only did this guy lie about speaking with me, he ignored the NO SOLICITATIONS POLICY, and wasted my time, resulting in a $fine for violating the NO SOLICITATIONS POLICY!
This number is on the National Do Not Call list, so I will be filing a complaint with the F
Consumer mentioned every time she gets her prescription some are left out Consumer must have someone take her to the Drug Mart and she is a senior The clerks gives excuse saying sorry This is an issue because consumer is limited with transportation She has to borrow a neighbor phone to order medicine
