On Tuesday December 26, at 1:pm I noticed there was water from our back yard draining out to our front yardAt that time I went to the back yard and noticed that there was a large amount of water bubbling up through our lawn (in the same area where we had the service call in October 2014)Also th
I'm more of a guy that would prefer to write a sterling review, our pool is beautiful However, it's been a fight and have become exhausted in the persistent non-response and actions in finishing our new pool project with Geremia Pools
I was initially impressed with my Geremia experience: the crews assigned to my the job were helpful, kind, and seemed sincere in getting things done right The project went pretty well until we reached the "clean-up" phase At that point Geremia delayed, dragged their feat, tried to deny services and tasks that were agreed to by supervisors in the job
ISSUE: Geremia was to complete drainage on the side of the yard My landscaper showed up several times to complete his scope of work and had to move crews as Geremia did not show up
GEREMIA: "Yep we'll take care of it" "We'll contact you to get it scheduled" Cricketsnothing
FINAL RESULT: Geremia never had any intent of completing the drainage, I was credited the amount at the
