The phone call was the first I have heard of yhis complaint,I found your other emails including this one which I was expecting after talking to the girl from the Revdex.com and when it didn't come I found them all in my spam.Maybe if this happens
again and we don't resond on the first try ,as we have in the past,you could give me a call, We were un aware we still owed him as square our credit card provider returned the money due to his discover card disputeWe even sent him in good faith to cover return shipping which all of our adds on our website say customer pays return shipping as we send it free shipping.Also we didn't complain on all the products not returning and the ones that did were not properly secured and were damaged.We are sending out a check for this week to clear this up, we can not return through square as they show its already been returned to his discover ,sincerely *** S *** Tracking will be avalible at a later date

*** *** *** continues to prevaricate in this matterIf I can correctly interpret his nearly illiterate response, my issues are as follows:
His response is intentionally delayed to the last minute
He chose to credit my Discover card $for shipping rather than issuing a return labelHe did not send $
Damaged shipment items are an issue between recipient and UPS, not me
His response to Discover card claimed the items (boxes) were shipped to the wrong address and he didn't receive themYet in his response to you (Revdex.com) he admits receipt but claims damaged goods
He claims incomplete return, but this is the first I've heard of itJust another attempt to muddy the water
Mr*** has had months to do the right thing but has chosen not toIf you read other customer Revdex.com complaints against his company you will find a disturbing similarity, i.e.; defective product, interminable fraudulent delays, promises not kept, checks not sent, etcI'll believe a check was sent when he forwards to me a cashiers check number and tracking number for priority mailUntil such time, due to his past mendacity I will consider this issue unresolved

The check arrived 5/Due to the fact it was an out of state personal check drawn on an unknown bank and showed signs of repeated folding and wear my national bank put a week hold on itIf this check clears then I will consider the refund concludedI will notify you in three weeks
Mr*** could have issued a cashiers check or money order but rather chose a method which delays my refund by nearly a monthThat choice brings this protracted return process to the one year markIn the duration costing me, Discover card, and the B.B.Bsignificant time and inconvenience

We feel that the complete problem was due to operator error and was contributed to not reading instructions before using
product and not product failure .We originally offered to replace the product for free but could not replicate due to a lack of avalibility of colorants we needed in the formula for proper color matchSo we have sent a refund check to the customer.we notified her today and supplied her with tracking number of postalShe responded to us today Sept she was satisfied with her forth coming refundWe strive to keep good customer service even if it's not our fault .thank you rob *** .product support
