Weichert Realtor3, Joe Orr and Associates

My family owns property in Tullahoma TN and we had the unfortunate pleasure to deal with [redacted]. He has to be the worst realtor in the state. We had numerous problems with him being in charge of the rental property. From problems such as the painters he hired doing only half the job for the full cost to a tree having fallen in the yard and left there for who knows how long. The city was finally involved to remove the tree as we were never even told about this. No one contacted us, as the owners of the property, to let us know that a satellite dish had been placed on the roof. Numerous times we placed calls to his office and did not hear anything back for weeks at a time. We typically had to call his father [redacted] to try and get any answers. He has a serious problem speaking to his clients. He has no clue how to respect others and talk to them in a civilized manner. Prior to having renters in the house, nothing was told about showings of the house for sale. It wasn't until we called him that he informed us of any interest in the house from potential buyers. This was not the first house we have sold but it was definitely the worst experience we've ever had with a realtor. I would advise anyone looking to sell a home in the Tullahoma area to go with anyone else but this company.
