This letter is in response to Complaint # ***.Items detailed in complaint William M*** is the Broker at Weichert, Realtors Madison Pierce and not the builderThe real estate firm that listed the above property for the builder, *** *** is Madison Pierce Real Estate not Weichert, Realtors Madison Pierce Madison Pierce Real Estate represented the selling party, *** ***, not the BUYER The selling broker representing the BUYER is Charles R***, Agent Frank Y***.Weichert, Realtors Madison Pierce was established and approved to do business as of January ***, They are not the builder and/or listing real estate broker. William M*** stated he was the builderThis individual is employed with Weichert, Realtors Madison PierceHe is the responsible party for selling the property in either caseHe took responsibility during the sale of the propertyHe is fraudulently changing the corporations name, it seemsHe claimed he was the builder, therefore I shall hold him responsible party for this transaction Fireplace not working.Fireplace company did a service call which turned out to be a user tutorial for the new owners They inspected the fireplace numerous times and is in working orderFireplace does not come with a remote nor was it ever an option and/or discussed There is a switch that turns fireplace on and off.Fireplace was malfunctioning after the selling of the propertyService call was made, service agents claimed they fixed itIt was middle of the summerTurned ON the fireplace when needed in winter, but it is not functional to dateStill waiting on repair Multiple water leaks under sink.All plumbing was inspected numerous times and clear of any leaks before sale of property Home was inspected by the county just days prior to closing and receiving the Certificate of Occupancy from the Town of HempsteadBuyers had representation from a buyer’s agent Charles R*** and a walk through was done prior to closing There were no issues with any leaks. Walkthrough was insufficient"Builder" (William M***) should stand by his work, warranty and craftsmanship if he is confident enoughDefected pieces noted by "Builder's" (William M***'s) plumbersHis plumber's stated sinks installation was defective and needed to revisit upon "Builder's" (William M***'s) approvalNever showed upClamp hose pipe on the dish water damaged the wood floors because of faulty installationDishwasher company came and stated installation was done by "Builder's" (William M***'s) plumbersCaused substantial amount of damage to the floorsI have written proofs from his plumber and dishwasher company Crack concrete on driveway.Buyers were made aware of a hairline crack on concrete on walk way/driveway due to settling when they first came to see the home It was discussed and specified that there was no repair for it prior to the buyer’s submitting offerBuyers had representation from a buyer’s agent Charles R*** and a walk through was done prior to closing where no items came up."Builder" (William M***) should take note from near by new constructions and other builders for quality, and craftsmanship and should put more emphasis and attention to detailsPoor quality build of the driveway, therefore it was unable to withstand change of temperatureWould have not happened had it been built rightShown to us during night eveningCrack is more visible once edge are smeared with water Water leaks through walls in basement on multiple places.It is to expect some amount of cracking on every project, and that such an occurrence does not necessarily reflect adversely on either the adequacy of the homes design or the quality of its constructionThere has never been any water or leaks in basement walls The concrete company requested photos of any such problems but they were never provided by the new home ownersOnce again all was inspected prior to Certificate of Occupancy being issued.According to near by builders and contractors, this is not normalBuilder of a new construction next town stated anyone who says this is considered an "amateur in this business".Currently there is a crack on the floor in the basement. Builder stated he would clean the basement of dust, debris, and construction materialsAlso left a bucket full of dirty, smelly water.Home was inspected and final walk-through done prior to closing *** *** hired a company and entire basement was left clean of materials, debris and dustBuyers had representation from a buyer’s agent Charles R*** and a walk through was done prior to closing where no items came upPhotos and virtual tour taken and provided will reflect the condition. "Builder" (William M***) would be a compulsive liar if he claims he provided clean, and dust free basementWe have pictures from the day of the closing till nowRecently I myself cleaned it"Builder" (William M***) claimed his father is a cleaner and would come by and perform the cleaningNever showed up Builder did not install the bathroom cabinet handles in proper alignment.All handles were installed and aligned perfectly and additional handles were given to new home owners All holes for hardware are predrilled by manufacturer, therefore when changing or replacing any hardware there is only the predrilled holes to install handles.This is incorrectWe have pictures of drill dusts inside the drawersWe did not see the drills or handles before the day of the closingOnce again proves "Builder" (William M***) is dishonest Multiple places missing/unprofessionally done grout throughout bathrooms and kitchen.All grout in three bathrooms and kitchen were done prior to walk through and final inspection Buyers had representation from a buyer’s agent Charles R*** and a walk through was done prior to closing where no items came up. "Builder" (William M***) stated he would come by and/or send someone to complete the MISSING groutThis proves the job was incompleteWe have pictures to provide if necessary to Revdex.com.org and/or small claims judge.These erroneous allegations, comments and continuous harassment by *** and MrsHafiz Rahman are clearly and a direct contradiction of his comment when he and I spoke on Dec *** and he stated “everyone who visits compliments on the great quality of construction and attention to detail that was completed by the builder” *** *** Furthermore, builder *** *** has a professionally photographed virtual tour of the property described above just prior to closing. This is not a harassment of any shape, form or kindWe want our product how it should be completed, as he stated and as it should according to other buildersOtherwise rest of the other work is well performed, I would not deny thatWarranty and defects of these items need to be resolved otherwise this will go to court, including the water damage from the improper hose clamp installation that damaged the floors.All items were completed by *** *** Photos are provided and a virtual tour of the described property taken days prior to closing.I am requesting that all erroneous comments be removed. If you should have any questions, please feel free to contact me.We have copies of the advertisement that was placed onlinePicture of inside and outside do not matchThis would be considered advertisement.

Madison Pierce Real Estate not Weichert, Realtors Madison Pierce.  Madison Pierce Real Estate represented the selling party, [redacted], not the BUYER.  The selling broker representing the BUYER is Charles R[redacted], Agent Frank Y[redacted].Weichert, Realtors Madison Pierce was established and approved to do business as of January [redacted], 2017.
