Review: I purchased a CHG weight loss package in the amount of $ 800 which included a blood test.While all of the other parts of the contract were fulfilled the blood test was never performed. Both the doctor Steve H[redacted] and the administering nurse tried repeatedly to get out of preferring the test. I have requested (during the 1 month treatment and additional treatments) to have the test performed on numerous occasion, but the nurse always avoided to do it. At one point I had asked to either perform it or reimburse the cost of the blood test since that was part of the package I paid for. After this requested the nurse said she will do it, but in all of our following encounters she had an excuse not to do it, either she was too busy with patients and so forth and so on.Desired Settlement: I wish to be refunded the part of the package I purchased that was not perfumed by the business.
