To Whom It May Concern,You received a complaint from someone about their first experience in our office I would like to clarify our policy We have a [redacted] currently available which includes blood work, EKG, nutritional counseling, two week supply of prescription appetite suppressants, and four Vitamin Binjections There are conditions that would disqualify someone from taking said appetite suppressants One of those being taking another stimulant medication Our policy if someone cannot take the medication is to offer them one of three options The first is to get a refund from [redacted] , the second is to redeem the [redacted] for of the Vitamin Binjections, or the third is to continue with the program without the medication It is one or the other In this particular case she chose to take the Vitamin Binjections I am not sure where the break down in communication happened in this particular case There are several different conditions that would exclude someone from taking the appetite suppressants; therefore, we have people almost daily that do not qualify for one reason or another We explain the options to them and it is their decision to make Since she chose to take the injections we feel that no refund should be issued and hope that she will continue to come for the remainder of the injections[redacted] ***Weight Loss Plus
