[redacted] 's original complaint and this update is totally contradictoryOur policy is and always will be that if you're not happy with your order all you need to do is return it and you receive a full refund As you can see from the complaint we went out of our way to make [redacted] happyHe had sent back the first lot and we redid itThe second time he complained again and we said that all he needs to do is return it for a full creditHe failed to return the orderIt's a typical example of people who try to beat the systemThey claim the last minute that they are not happy and they deny the credit card chargesIn this case the credit card company saw through the fraud and sided with usWe are willing to give a full refund as soon as we receive the order (the second lot)We never say keep the order and get a refund that would be counter productiveI have yet to see such business practiceThat's basically opening the door for fraudstersPlease stop this fraud now Thank you ***
