Ms***,We are very sorry that you did not enjoy working with our company. We do strive to provide good customer service and quality rental products. Ms*** stopped by our facility at *** *** ***, St Louis, MO two different times on Thursday, December 1st.
The first time she stopped in she was looking for pricing to compare with other companies. Then she did come back in later in the afternoon to place her order and pick up. Our rental costs are based on a daily rental. Ms*** was quoted the price of a one day rental verses the extended rental. Ms*** and the associate went over several options in tables, chairs and linens. They talked about the option of picking up on Friday to save money but Ms *** said that wasn’t an option for her. She was unhappy that she wouldn’t be able to fit larger tables in the vehicle they brought and the sales associated tried to suggest different ideas on table sizes and lines that would work within her budgetMs *** wanted the sales associate to guarantee her “new” rentals. This is not possible we are a rental company all the items are used. The sales associate did assure Ms *** that she would ask the warehouse to look over the items before placing them in their vehicle. Ms*** was at the dock with the workers as they loaded her vehicle. She did not say anything at that time that the equipment was not to her satisfaction. She left and we as a company thought she was happy. Ms *** called the next day to complain about her rentals. She said they were not to here satisfaction. She had the option see the items as they were loaded this was a customer pick up. She was upset that the round linens had creases in them. The linens are done in a commercial press so they all have creases in them because they need to be hung on hangers for clients. We offered to pick up all the equipment from Ms *** and give her a full refund on Friday. She made some unfriendly comments to Mr *** and refused our offer. She did return the equipment on Monday at our location the equipment was inspected and it was in rental condition. Again we are sorry that Ms *** is upset but we did explain everything up front and she was witness to receiving the equipment and its condition Please feel free to contact me with any questions or concerns *** ***

I am rejecting this response because:
[redacted] you weren't physically involved in the situation neither times I came in. You're right, I did come in twice after experiencing your poor customer service from your employees & seeing how dirty and disgusting your rentals were. Your opponent had no other last minute rentals they could deliver so yes I did come back to your establishment & asked the associate for newer rentals she specifically told me you had NEW chairs in the back & that she would request them. Yet, I still got chairs with dust all over them as if they'd been ancient. I personally lysoled all of the chairs so you may have received cleaner chairs then the ones they loaded, you're welcome. Your husband (the second owner) was extremely unprofessional over the phone from the very beginning answering the phone with a start off as "what is your issue" in a condescending tone. Whatever I stated with him was my response to him talking loudly over me, yelling into the phone, telling me I'm wrong, & telling me I should have went somewhere else. Now you tell me if you'd ACCEPT that type of treatment from an OWNER? Your reviews are not the best, so I'm not the first to complain about your service. Yes, I was offered to have the items picked up the day of my baby shower, sorry - that wasn't an option due to the timeliness of everything & no other last minute options. Your tables have TAPE holding them together & that's ok with you because your company seems a bit cheap but charges sky high prices for rentals. I don't appreciate having had paid an extra day for rentals in that condition nor for the service I received PERIOD.
