Good afternoon. The refund to the customer has been issued even though we are 100% in the right on this situation. He has been contacted and refunded back to his credit card and I am sure he will confirm such as well. When logging onto the Revdex.com website it states no action is required so...

A refund was processed on 7/5/2017.
After looking into his account, it shows on 12/11/2017 he received a full refund. This should conclude our business with this guest.Thanks[redacted]
