Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint I have video that the lights are on the building except for the one that was out in the picture this Monday morning While it may have been 7:am, it was also raining and overcast so the photo sensor did its job and turn on the working lights on the building As this light is not working, the light was not onI have tried several times to attach the video file here but it is too big Curious that the business did not ask to see the video I referred to in the previous responseI will continue to take video that the light is not working Consumers need to know that this business will not make repairs and is unprofessional and discourteous to their customers that speak up.You can close this if you want but I will not waste anymore time on it as it is not resulting in getting the light repairedI have been complaining about this light since November I will find another way to get this business to open their eyes and see that the light does not work Regards,

I understand that you have not found us replacing each light bulb in the building satisfactory. As previously posted I did submit the photos with the lights working that was taken last weekI can assure you we did replace the light bulbs and there are no liability hazards present

You are correct, the areas where the photocells are located are still dark which is why those lights are on. Can you tell me which light is not still working during the evening?

We do value our residents, guest, and visitors comfort therefore we have our On-Site Fort Bend Sheriff’s department Courtesy Officer nightly walk the community to ensure there are no liability lighting concerns, the light you were referring to required the assistance of an outside contractor after attempts to repair in house, but we are happy to report the issue is now resolved
In regards to the community policies we initially give courtesy reminders to the residents regarding any potential violations prior to advancing to the next stepIn previous communication to all the residents we did notify a change in the entry system, thus giving all the residents time to register we did have the gates open for access for a short period of timeTo clarify the gates have been operational the lines were due to guest and residents not registering in the office within the scheduled time frame
If you are experiencing concerns with your apartment home we would be more than happy to immediately address the concerns, we just need for you to communicate to us your concerns and schedule a time during business hours that we can address all of your issues
As mentioned previously we do have an on-site Courtesy Officer who does patrol the community daily and nightly and in addition if there is suspicious activity on property we promptly notify all residents so they can be awareI suggest for anyone to call the local police department to see the activity in the Sugarland Area, we have maintained one of the lowest crime rates living near a large metropolitan cityNow we are unable to guarantee safety, but if you ever do notice any suspicious behavior please immediately contact the non-emergency number at the police department so they can investigate and also our Courtesy Officer who is on-call

The light is still out.  I have attached 2 pictures that I took this morning.  I also have a video showing the today's date and time (7:33 AM) and also showing that other lights were on in the building but this light remains out. The file it too big to attached here but I do have it. Thank you.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  
All I asked for was a light bulb change.  I don’t know anything about all the other
stuff this woman is talking about. Never once I have ever said anything about not
having an enjoyable living experience.  She
is just making stuff up and has me confused with someone else.
I have requested over 6 times for this light
bulb to be changed and she never once said anything about she working on it;
NEVER; nothing since I first reported the light out in November 2015. Nothing
since I wrote the Revdex.com, NOTHING.  I have
copies of all the document and pictures I have sent to her asking for a light
bulb change.  As of this morning, the
light is still out.

Third floor, highway 99 side, it was on this morning but not last night.  It does not work consistently. The light is broken, replacing the bulb will not fix the problem.  I will continue to take pictures and video when it is out. Thank you.
