Review: I received a phone call from a debt collector on Saturday May 17 2014 in regards to a bill not paid from December 2013. I never received a bill so I called Weinstein imaging today, Monday may 19, 2014 and spoke to their billing department. I was informed that they sent five bills and all five bills were returned to their office due to a house being vacant therefore they sent me to a debt collector. When I asked why did they not call me and ask me what my new address was or if I wanted or could pay my bill, the lady informed me that I should have called them and updated my address. My response is that they had my phone number and I had no clue I owed money to this company due to never receiving a bill. The lady never tried to make matters resolved but placed 100% blame on me because I did not call and update my address when I moved. All it would have taken would have been a simple phone call. I paid my balance in full today with the debt collector.Desired Settlement: Customer service needs improved and policies need changed when bills are returned to them. All it would have taken would have been one phone call and the bill would have been paid and my address would have been updated.
