This company has been neglecting what they promised my family I have been trying to reach this company at [redacted] to ask about the detergents they promised my wife if we purchased the water treatment systemThe sales person came over around jan of this year to do a demonstration of the system and promised to deliver detergents and soaps as a bargaining chip (a bonus) is we go the systemIt has been almost a year and we have yet to receive one productWe have called and called and called an we keep getting promises I honestly don't want the system anymore I could of gone local with they purchase but got duped by this company called Pride ContractorsNow I Just have another bill to pay and nothing in return for my wifeNow I am afraid to have the system break down because they are never reachable and break their promises continuallyI would like to get some kind of resolution to this issue
