I am rejecting this response because: I question why it took three tries to fix the original problem with my truck. I feel that it cost me a total of almost $1500.00 to fix the problem that should have been fixed the first time. Also the problem with the...

truck going into park was due to the shift lever not being adjusted when the mechanic changed the ignition switch and had the column exposed. I agree that they did give me a break on the labor at the last, but I think that they were ashamed of the fact that it took so long to fix the problem. I know that what occurred was a known problem with the truck. so why should it have been so difficult to find and fix. Overall I will not return to the dealer for repairs or the purchase of another vehicle. Also I am being canceled by State Farm Insurance because of the number of times the truck was towed.
