I think they are horrible its been sense November and I haven't received my quilt

Ordered a blanket in October of 2018. It's now February X XXXX. Still hasn't arrived and my request for my money back has fallen on deaf ears. Would strongly recommend not to buy here or you can say goodbye to your money.

This is a scam. I placed an order on 11/25/2018 received an email that my item was being shipped on 12/8/2018, then told to allow for additional time on 1/4/2019 and now nothing!

I ordered 2 St. Louis Cardinal "quilts" for Christmas presents 2018. When we received them they were for Ohio State University. We contacted the company about returning the order, getting what we ordered or get a refund. We contacted them every Monday via e-mail for over a month and never received a response. If there was a zero star rating I would have given that. I am out a few pennies shy of $160.00. Additionally, the quality of the "quilts" was bad. They were not "quilts", they are screen printed blankets.

I ordered my quilt in November and I still haven't received it and no one will help me or give me a refund

never order from this company. If I could giver zero stars I would. I have been emailing back and forth with this place, no one will ever give a phone number to actually talk to someone. It took over 3 months to get a quilt and when it finally came yesterday, it was not even the quilt I ordered so now I have to try and return it. Such a bad company. Never, ever buy anything from this place!!!

Bought two quilts as Christmas gifts. Still not delivered. Emailed back and forth. SCAM. Invalid tracking numbers. Don't buy from them!!!!!

I ordered a BGSU quilt for my son and an Ohio University quilt for my daughter on November 4th. Finally got the BGSU quilt this last week and it was very flimsy and did not look the same as the picture. We also were getting the standard return email saying that it was being made and to please be patient. Both items were Christmas gifts that of course those folks have not received. So far disappointed in the service and the product. I wish there was something that could be done.

This doesn't even deserve q star, but had to rate it. Do NOT order from this company. I ordered a quilt October 31st. I inquired about shipping and was first told it was in production. The 2nd email, I was told in couldn't be produced until they had a certain amount of orders. I asked to cancel since it was not in production.. I was told it couldn't be cancelled. 3 months later, I received the "quilt". What a joke. This quilt is HORRIBLE! It is cheap, thin, doesn't look at all what I ordered and is faded across the top of the quilt. I will never order again from this company. They should be ashamed for even selling this product.

Big Scam! Ordered in September, started to send emails in November when the order was taking so long. Contacted credit card to get charges reversed. A few weeks later I got an email saying product has been shipped. I ordered two quilts. They arrived in December, the quality is extremely poor. Images are so blurry it is hard to tell what they are. One was supposed to be a gift, which I would be embarrassed to give. The company only responds to email I sent explaining dissatisfaction with email saying its being looked into. They did ask for images of the quilts which I sent but only response was that it will be reviewed. I am out alot of money! DO NOT BUY ITEMS FROM THIS COMPANY!

Ordered 2 quilts Nov. 26, Emailing back & forth with Sophia Santiago (Weirdo Stuff) to no avail .They have been given excuse after excuse with bogus tracking #s eve at one point that my order # doesn't exist !! WTH...yes it's a scam and yes contact the Revdex.com .How can they sleep knowing the stole from us" PS didn't want to put any stars but it wouldnt let me put a review without one it deserves - 5 stars

They have actually now been written up in the media as a scam under different names and email addresses. I got a refund from opening a claim with PayPal. I got emails from Weirdo Stuff, Umovietee, and Kathleen Quilt all giving different information and all with dead hyperlinks for status on the order that never showed.

Ordered quilt week before Thanksgiving. Finally got a tracking number for DHL. Says it is processed as of the 10. USPS tracking number still shows waiting for package. Customer satisfaction is definitely not on their wheelhouse.

DO NOT ORDER THIS QUILT! They don't even deserve one star! Totally disappointed! The quilt is nothing like advertised. I did finally receive my quilt after several months of emails. All the colors on my so called quilt look like they bled into each other. Terrible quality.

Do not order from this company . Once I ordered all the info was deleted . My money was taken from bank card through PayPal and 3 months later still trying to get my money back or my Quilts. I was sent a new tracking number which is a joke .

Do not purchase items from them. I purchased an item on 11/12/18 and have emailed them several times to inquire about the item and why it's taking so long. I've received replies stating they are backed up and will send soon. I just inquired again and "demanded" a refund asap, but again nothing other than, it will be sent soon. I will now be contacting PayPal to notify them and see if they can do anything. Wish I had read the reviews prior to ordering.

On January 3 I got notification of my order getting shipped that a placed back in October. Yep, nearly 3 months later after never getting any information from Customer Service when inquiring about my order back in October except (which seemed like an automatic email) that they will email me tracking information once it's shipped. Needless to say, I will never order from this company again. I have yet to receive my order, so I can't say anything about the quality of the quilt I ordered.

Horrible customer service and lousy product. I ordered a quilt and it took over a month to get here. When it did, it was nothing like the description. They would not refund me, but only would give me a $25 credit towards another one.

I would never purchase from them again. What a ripoff. When I got the package after calling and getting the runaround, there were not even any tags in the envelope and it was just a blanket that was squished up and very cheap.

I hope there is a way to retrieve the money I lost, but I am not holding my breath. There are just people out there who do not really care about being honest and trustworthy. My mistake to have trusted them.

Zero stars for sure. Only selected one star because it was required. Ordered my quilt in October and still have not received it. I've reached out to the company multiple times requesting a status. The first two attempts I received a general/standard response. Now, I receive nothing, nor can I find a phone number to contact them directly. I would not recommend ordering anything from this company.

Do not order from them! I ordered a seahawks quilt November 9th. Emailed them requesting a refund Dr ember 9th. The 14th they said quilt in production please be patient. I responded that I still wanted a refund. December 28th they respond saying can't refund cuz its in production. I dispute it with paypal back in tbe beginni g of December after seeing this company on the news as a fraud. Paypal sends me an email today with tracking number from company saying it has shipped. The number starts with cncse then numbers. This is not from any postal company I know of. We shall see if it ever arrives.
