I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to meI had left notes with the keys in the drop box explaining the tasks needing service and my number for the service employees to call if needed such as when the bus was finished since I would not be able to pick up the bus until after they were closedI asked a member of the service staff on the following Mondays to see why the keys were not left on the bus and they were uncertain as to why so I did not see any reason to question that employee any furtherThe second time however I did call and left a message with the parts department expressing my concerns about not being able to get ahold of anyone when the shop was supposed to be open.
