I have been in contact with her insurance representative, and have left several messages to get the claim resolved.The contact information that I have on file is: [redacted] [redacted] I have left another message today as well.We have the billing process on hold while we work to resolve this issue.I met with the patient today, and assured her that she is still receiving statements however the claim is not going to become delinquent or go to a collections status.Please advise of any further information that you may need, as we are in the process of resolving this claim.Thank you , [redacted] ***Director of Patient Access

I received the complaint from *** *** today, I have left messages for her to return my calls, to give her the information that this account has been resolved.I finally reached patient today, gave her the dates and balances of all unpaid accounts, and the account from 3/30/was resolved.At this time there are no outstanding issues, and all accounts have be reviewed and resolved. And have been resolved since 8/26/16.Thank you,*** ** *** ***
