Sorry there were miles on it when it got to *** cause it took awhile for me to get in to his shopAt a miles from buying the car the leak started so that is not falseI paid to drive car milesSeem Fair? The car was brought to *** a week after I talked to him because he could not get me in right awayI am in the car business for years and of course like anyone that was sold a car that only ran for miles would be upset and not want anyone to buy from the companyWhy would anyone want to go through what I have? The dealerships that I work for would take action into making it rightKnow one should be left stranded in a car they just bought after they spend on a car cash I did ask him about the lights on the dash as I took delivery of the car and he stated he never saw lights on the car till thenHe said give it some gas and when I did the lights shut offI am not a mechanic so I have to but my faith into the professionals that doI spend 5,dollars on the car I cant driveMy issue is that I brought the car to *** who does his work on cars and he stated the car was junk and we should of never bought itHe had the car in his shop and there was a obvious oil leak and *** said he he did a quick fix on itThat quick fix lasted milesI have nothing in writing that I declined a warranty or was offered I have asked for the shop bill from *** and the safety inspection on the Montero and I have not received any of those documents*** told me there was not even a oil change done and that *** declined to even to thatI am upset that this has gone this farThe response *** sent here is just a obvious response that he doesn't want to take any ownership that the car had major issues prior to me taking car and after I took carThe only thing he has offered me is for me to spend more only and by a warrantyNot even split the cost or anythingJust bad businessI have also got my documents ready for the Attorney General's Office so that they can look at all of the documents I signed were to Missouri business standards as I was advised that some documents weren't fully filled out by the seller Affordable Motor sports LLCI have brought car to another shop to have looked at and they said the car needs a new engineI said I just bought it and but very little miles on it and he stated dont drive it anymore and I should get he seller to take it backAlso fells that is the right thing to do*** can take it back and sell it to someone else that doesn't care if it needs a new engineFor *** is in that *** didn't think anything was wrong with the car cause he told me and my wife exactly what he did to car to make it a quick fix and stated it needed more but *** said just do the sleeveI would like a copy of the shop bill from *** and the safety inspection and the signed paper where I declined the warrantyI have not slandered his company one bit as I am trying to resolve this matter so I can give him good reviews for fixing the issueThanks
