Review: I bought a whole kitchen set from Weisman Home Outlets. Gallery style kitchen complete with top and bottom cabinets for just under $4,800. We bought top cabinets with french window doors that in the show room are displayed with glass, with no mention that glass is not included. We payed a premium for the french window cabinets since we were informed this is an expensive upgrade for the cabinets, but required if we wanted our kitchen to mimic the one in the showroom. The receipt from our sale states "glass door" for each glass door bought. The sales individual, [redacted], never mentioned to us that the glass would not be included in the cabinets. In fact, when selecting the kitchen he showed us a floor model in the showroom with glass included in the cabinets and stated, "This is exactly what your kitchen will look like." After the kitchen was delivered and we realized the glass wasn't included, I called the store and the [redacted] informed us that glass is not included. I spoke to him and the [redacted], [redacted], on a number of different occasions and was notified Weisman won't give us the glass. Our final conversations resulted in us being thrown out of the store without reason or an explanation. I received an estimate from a glass company for how much it would cost to have the glass made and installed and I forwarded the estimate to Weisman asking if they would at least give me a refund for the glass so I could buy it myself. They kept promising to look into the issue to try to resolve it, until the final encounter in the store were myself and my wife were notified that no refund would be provided and subsequently thrown out of the store. As we needed to move into our new apartment we paid $1,992.41 in order to have glass installed into our kitchen cabinets.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund for the glass I paid to have installed in my kitchen cabinets for the amount of $1,992.41. This store caused us unnecessary distress due to their unethical and illegal actions of misrepresentation of the glass doors and refusing to provide monetary compensation to cover the cost of the glass installation and lying about trying to help us resolve the issues, which wasted a significant amount of our time and delayed our move, for which we incurred having to pay for an extra month of rent in our current home.

At this time, I have not been contacted by Weisman Discount Home Center regarding complaint ID [redacted]. This is typical for how the matter was handled when I tried to resolve the issue diredtly with the business.
