August 9, 2017Dear Gentlemen:I am in receipt of your letter to me dated August 4, The facts as stated by [redacted] are incorrect. My office was engaged to prepare his federal and state income tax returns and not his Philadelphia income tax returnWe prepared his federal and state accurately and he neglected to file his Philadelphia tax return as he had done in the previous year and as he did in the succeeding yearWe were not engaged to prepare a Philadelphia tax return. The information provided to me from him several months ago did not indicate that he was audited by the City of Philadelphia, but rather that he was caught by the City of Philadelphia for not having filed tax returns for at least three (3) consecutive yearsThe City of Philadelphia was charging him the tax that was due, plus a penalty for failing to pay the tax when it was dueThe tax should have been withheld by his employer, who negligently failed to properly withhold Philadelphia wage tax for a Philadelphia resident or purposely did so to avoid having to pay[redacted] insisted that I get involved and deal with the City of Philadelphia, but | refused to do so unless he agreed to payI advised him that he could get the penalty abated because the City of Philadelphia was having a moratorium on penalties and he could get all three (3) years' penalties abatedIf he followed my advice, he would only be paying the tax that he was responsible to pay to begin with.Furthermore, over a three (3) Week period, [redacted] and his "pretend" attorney sent me over emailsAdditionally, in one day, he called my cell phone times in a two and one-half (2%) hour periodMost of these messages and conversations were lude and lascivious in which he alleged to have had relations with my wifeI am sure he will deny this because every time told him was going to start recording the conversation, he all of a sudden denied what he said and he said nothing further inappropriatePersonally, I think [redacted] needs help that I cannot provide to him.It was so harassing that I finally went to the State Police and filed a report with the State Police for harassmentThe State Police Sergeant advised me that there was sufficient evidence of harassment, he could file a complaint and said that he would at least call [redacted] and advise him that he should cease calling me; otherwise a criminal complaint would be filed for harassment by meI was later advised by the State Police Sergeant that he had contacted [redacted] and advised him to cease all Communication with meTo date, neither he nor his "pretend" attorney have made any attempt to Communicate directly with meThe Sergeant also advised me not to communicate with him or his "pretend" attorney. His complaint is incorrect as advised him that his employer made a mistake, should have withheld the taxes and that he was responsible to pay the taxesI advised him that nothing could be done to save the tax amount that he owed, that penalties were generally abated by the City of Philadelphia and that he could have done that himselfI advised him that I was not going to do anything without an additional charge. If this does not satisfy your records, then you can do what you feel is appropriate because I do not intend to waste any more time in dealing with this individualYou can continue to humor him if you want, but I do not intend to waste any more of my time on this matter. As I am sure can detect from your own records, as well as my credentials, I have been a practicing CPA for years, I have been a practicing attorney for years and doubt I have ever had any other complaints with the Revdex.comMy credentials and reputation in my field and community are exemplaryPlease feel free to look at my website to check me out.Thank you for your immediate attention to this matter.Respectfully submitted,Donald *W***, CPA / Esquire

August 9, 2017Dear Gentlemen:I am in receipt of your letter to me dated August 4, 2017. The facts as stated by [redacted] are incorrect. My office was engaged to prepare his federal and state income tax returns and not his Philadelphia income tax return. We prepared his federal and state...

accurately and he neglected to file his Philadelphia tax return as he had done in the previous year and as he did in the succeeding year. We were not engaged to prepare a Philadelphia tax return. The information provided to me from him several months ago did not indicate that he was audited by the City of Philadelphia, but rather that he was caught by the City of Philadelphia for not having filed tax returns for at least three (3) consecutive years. The City of Philadelphia was charging him the tax that was due, plus a penalty for failing to pay the tax when it was due. The tax should have been withheld by his employer, who negligently failed to properly withhold Philadelphia wage tax for a Philadelphia resident or purposely did so to avoid having to pay.[redacted] insisted that I get involved and deal with the City of Philadelphia, but | refused to do so unless he agreed to pay. I advised him that he could get the penalty abated because the City of Philadelphia was having a moratorium on penalties and he could get all three (3) years' penalties abated. If he followed my advice, he would only be paying the tax that he was responsible to pay to begin with.Furthermore, over a three (3) Week period, [redacted] and his "pretend" attorney sent me over 100 emails. Additionally, in one day, he called my cell phone 22 times in a two and one-half (2%) hour period. Most of these messages and conversations were lude and lascivious in which he alleged to have had relations with my wife. I am sure he will deny this because every time told him was going to start recording the conversation, he all of a sudden denied what he said and he said nothing further inappropriate. Personally, I think [redacted] needs help that I cannot provide to him.It was so harassing that I finally went to the State Police and filed a report with the State Police for harassment. The State Police Sergeant advised me that there was sufficient evidence of harassment, he could file a complaint and said that he would at least call [redacted] and advise him that he should cease calling me; otherwise a criminal complaint would be filed for harassment by me. I was later advised by the State Police Sergeant that he had contacted [redacted] and advised him to cease all Communication with me. To date, neither he nor his "pretend" attorney have made any attempt to Communicate directly with me. The Sergeant also advised me not to communicate with him or his "pretend" attorney. His complaint is incorrect as advised him that his employer made a mistake, should have withheld the taxes and that he was responsible to pay the taxes. I advised him that nothing could be done to save the tax amount that he owed, that penalties were generally abated by the City of Philadelphia and that he could have done that himself. I advised him that I was not going to do anything without an additional charge. If this does not satisfy your records, then you can do what you feel is appropriate because I do not intend to waste any more time in dealing with this individual. You can continue to humor him if you want, but I do not intend to waste any more of my time on this matter. As I am sure can detect from your own records, as well as my credentials, I have been a practicing CPA for 45 years, I have been a practicing attorney for 43 years and doubt I have ever had any other complaints with the Revdex.com. My credentials and reputation in my field and community are exemplary. Please feel free to look at my website to check me out.Thank you for your immediate attention to this matter.Respectfully submitted,Donald *. W[redacted], CPA / Esquire
