We responded to an email the customer submitted through our general info box address and provided compensation of equal value, posted to his attention on 12/**/15.

We do have a very strict policy of needing a ticket in order to gain entry into a theater, especially when the screening is sold out, and we are unable to provide refunds after the day of a show. Also, once a ticket is printed, there is no way to reprint the ticket. However, we have issued two...
