I am rejecting this response because:THIS IS NOT TRUE. I HAVE ALL THE EMAILS TO PROVE THIS. THE WINDOWS NEVER CHANGED. THIS WAS ON THE CONTRACTOR TO BID, SUPPLY AND INSTALL AS A TURN KEY JOB. I HAD NO INVOLVEMENT IN THE WINDOWS.

Welco bid this job with the install of commercial grade windows; but in an effort to save money once construction was underway, *** *** opted to purchase residential windows and ordered Welco to install them on his commercial steel buildingWe warned him of the risk of water leaks, but he
wanted us to proceed forward with the residential windows anywayAfter a heavy rain, the windows leaked and he wanted us to immediately come repair the issue - which would've required installing the windows we originally advised him to useWelco would be happy to install new windows for *** *** under a new contract.
