Yes, subject emailed estimate request on 8/14/15 and we replied with estimate and a blank order form on same day.  Later same day subject emailed back completed signed order form.  (She never called or emailed with any questions about filling out the order form.)  Her order was very...

legible and prompt and authentic looking.  What I thought required attention and a notice back to her was she had added 3 more zip codes to her order than she had asked for and received her estimate for.  So by email I informed her of that (there was no insulting her about how she filled out the order form; variations of this happen a lot.  But new clients don't take this as an insult!) I told her she could expect twice as many names on her monthly mail list (since she had ordered twice as many zip codes than she had requested information for on her estimate request).  On her order form she also indicated she wanted the annual contract (12 months) and had matched that discounted annual rate to her order.  When I heard back from her a little later by email that she only wanted one month, I replied that we don't do one night stands.  Of course, meaning we don't sell one time mail lists!  The order form clearly states a 3 month minimum.  Now she is calling my notice to her that the order differed from her estimate as "unprofessional."  And now claiming to you that my use of "one night stand" was calling HER a "one night stand."  My oh, my.  In another email she even admitted she knew I wasn't calling her personally a "one night stand" and that she WAS interested a long term commitment. Our whole intention here was simple to get everyone on the same page as far as her order, estimate and expectations were concerned. I guess my poor choice of words must have triggered something viral in her.  I'm sorry for that.  Most of our clients have no problem with our simple order form and the few that do, don't fly off the handle.  They just simply acknowledge and adjust to any difference between estimate and order and we all get on with it w/o conflict, taking it personally or setting up future disappointments.
