11/14/and found that Ms***'s vehicle was parked on the sidewalk and blocking the roadway which is a violationNot at any point or around 10:in the evening did our Assistant Manager call Protow Indy to have her vehicle towed as our office was not open for businessI have attached pictures and the documentation that I received from Protow Indy moments before her vehicle was removed from the property for your reviewIt is at the resident's expense if their vehicle is towed due to being in an unauthorized space and landlord is not liable for any loss or damage in such caseTherefore, we will not refund the towing fee of $or admit that anyone from Barrington Estates staff called Protow Indy to have her vehicle removed as a.mas she requested.Ms*** mentioned that there are no outside lighting in the back area where she resides and that has been repaired by RC ElectricIn regards to her apartment maintenance issues, we have inspected her apartment several times for mold and none were detectedMs*** will call to put in a maintenance repair ticket and we will set a time that we will be entering her apartment to make repairs and she will continually call and cancel or ask us to rescheduleAlthough we have not detected mold in Ms***'s apartment home and with her being so unhappy, I offered to transfer her to a new apartment home if she chose to renew and she declined to transferShe renewed her lease and we made an agreement that we would have her carpet cleaned which she has not scheduled yetPlease accept our sincerest apology for any trouble or inconvenience we have caused youAgain, we highly appreciate your feedback as it will assist us in becoming better at what we doAs with any business like our, the greatest advertising we can have is word of mouth from a satisfied customerIt is our goal to retain Ms*** as resident and hope we can continue to provide her with an enjoyable home and communityThank you,
