I have had the occasion to speak with my client with regard to *** ***' claim submitted on January 22, Ms*** leases the premises with *** *** *** is the son of a former employee of Welcome HomeUpon a claim for
black mold being made, Welcome Home had its employee *** *** visit the propertyThis inspection took place on January 31, Prior to that inspection, plumbers had been sent out by Welcome Home through the home warranty company to address the only areas that have been complained of by the tenants (kitchen sink, plumbing in the laundry room, and roof)After the plumbers had visited the property, they had sent a bill for their visitAccording to Mr***, the plumbers would come out, stay for approximately five to ten minutes and then leaveThe home warranty plumbers are outside the scope of Welcome Home's controlWelcome Home's obligation is to call the home warranty company to inform of the complaints
The items that need to be replaced based on Mr*** inspection were the sprayer on the kitchen faucet (leaking) and the drain to the washing machine in the laundry room
With regard to the "black mold" complaint, *** *** inspected the premises and did not find any mold other than a small area behind the refrigerator, which backs up to the laundry drain discussed aboveThere has been no confirmation that his is in fact toxic moldAt Welcome Home's insistence, Mr*** prepared a drywall repair by cutting away the drywall behind the refrigerator and washing machineThere should be no further mold issues in these areas
Welcome Home disputes Ms***' complaint that a Welcome Home employee told her "not to call back and hung up on her." The facts are that the Welcome Home employee was called a "***" on the phone multiple times and asked Ms*** to stop using offensive language and to calm downMs*** refused to stop calling him names and using profane language, so the Welcome Home employee informed her that he was hanging up via instructions from his managerWelcome Home will gladly produce the recorded phone conversations detailing all of Ms***' profanity and verbal abuse upon the Revdex.com's request

May 31, He was sent a bill totaling $with regard to damages to the apartmentNo payment was received prior to the file being sent to collections on August 4th, On August 13, Mr*** paid the full amount of the original amount claimed of $There was a delay in reporting to the collection agency from Welcome Home with regard to the receipt of $from Mr***Since this notification, Welcome Home has confirmed that the collection file has been removed from the third-party collecting service and no negative reports have been made to any credit bureau from Welcome Home with regard to the above referenced debtI believe Mr*** has knowledge of the above and understands this matter to be closed

I am rejecting this response because: The statements they are saying about coming to the property on any of those does are falseI did leave a key and have a voice message from Tim, maintenance person, saying he wasn't going to make itI felt it was unsafe to leave a key to my home on the front porchHe then said he would come to my office and get a key and did notThe cabinet in my child's bathroom is dangerous and falling out of the wallI have photos of all the issues listedThey have been rude and have discriminated against me and my childrenThey are trying to force me out and cause more feesThe house was filthy when I moved in as wellAs you can see in the photos.

I am rejecting this response because:They knew what they were doing when Mrs. [redacted] would not return my call. Running out the 30 days so they could rip me off. Except for appointments for recertification. I have to send all my requests for vouchers by...

mail and wait for their response. Which can take weeks. Like I been saying. No one would return my calls and that is why I went down there and refused to leave the office until I talk to someone.because I kept getting the run around the first two times I went there.The first time they had closed early.
