membership in Revdex.com as an Accredited Business and would never knowingly put that esteemed position in jeopardy.  The simplest explanation – not an excuse – for our failure to promptly act on this was the ‘right hand, left hand’ syndrome wherein, while covering for vacations and sick leave, several staff members thought the other was handling the response.  Regardless, the responsibility rests entirely with me as President and co-owner of the company; and I sincerely apologize for the lapse. Regarding the complaint, the facts of the matter are these: ·         The claimant was one of over 100 satisfied monthly patrons from [redacted] in our garage. ·         We cannot, in our collective memory, recall another incident involving “theft of contents” from a monthly or daily parker’s vehicle. ·         The claimant’s complaint concerning discourtesy is directed toward the Event Manager and Assistant Manager of the garage; two individuals who have risen through the ranks and been highly praised verbally and in writing by patrons of the garage, especially for their courteous and helpful assistance during problems or difficult moments. ·         The claimant stated in her complaint that she was leaving the garage immediately and would be looking for a partial refund of her monthly fee; when, in fact, she continued to park until the end of the month and turned in her monthly access tag on October 31, 2016 and so stated in an email to the Company dated November 21, 2016 wherein she requested for the first time a refund of her $30 monthly tag deposit.  Note: the $30 refund was mailed to her on the same day as her email request for it (November 21, 2016) and she cashed the check on Monday, November 28, 2016. As first stated above, our entire Company, from the President through the Executive Staff, parking location Managers, Valets, Attendants and Porters are proud of our Revdex.com standing as an Accredited Business.  I truly regret this anomalous incident which caused the Bureau to believe that Welcome Parking may have become less attentive to these matters than in the past (which, thankfully, have been few and far between). Finally we would like to thank the Revdex.com for your patience with Welcome Parking as well as your strict attention to all claimants as I believe the process serves to remind all companies to remain strong and vigilant in the service to our valued patrons.  We also respectfully request the lifting of our recent suspension due to this inexcusable but inadvertent omission on the part of Welcome Parking LLC.  Thank you for your continued kind attention and support. Sincerely, John HPresident

Review: Hi,I was working on a project in [redacted] for a company called [redacted] in the month of February 2014 , In order to drive to my office I had to find a parking place where I could park my vehicle, I found Welcome Parking right in front of the office. I asked them their daily rate and they said it is 10 dollars, I asked them about monthly rate and I was given a rate of 170$ based on special discount arranged by [redacted]. I agreed on this rate and since I was starting on February 17th, I had to pay 257$ for remaining days of February and full month of March including a Tag Fee of 30$(Refundable if the Tag is Returned). When March ended I paid 170$ on March 31st for the month of April, but due to some family emergency I had to leave my project on April 4th, and asked [redacted] (A lady works at Welcome Parking) that if it will be possible for me to get the remaining money since I will not park here any more and I am willing to pay regular rate for 4 days of April, I also had returned the Tag in order to get the 30$ refund as well,she said she will talk to her manager and will call me. I came back to my house in [redacted] on April 6th, and called Welcome Parking to find out about the Refund, but I was unable to find [redacted], I kept calling but she was not available, But today on April 14th, I called and found her, and she said that her manager has refused to Refund the money. I seek some justice as it is not a good practice, I had an emergency and had no reason to stay in New Jersey. Please look into this matter and advise what can be done.Desired Settlement: I just need the Remaining money after regular deduction of 40$ from 170$ for Four days parking, and also need the Tag money (30$ refundable)
