We stayed at a hotel that featured this company as their shuttle service. We prepaid for round trip to cruise terminal and from cruise terminal to airport. We were told to call when we reached customs so driver could pick us up for the return. First there was no answer. Then I was told pickup within 30 minutes. I called after 25 minutes and was told 30 minutes and hung up on. In total 5 calls to them with the dispatcher repeating 30 minutes. We were standing in front of the entrance so we could see if vehicle arrived. Finally after 35 minutes we hailed a taxi. Then later I had a voicemail that came at 29 minutes and dispatcher said driver had been sitting waiting for us 10 minutes. There was no vehicle in the entire lot/terminal as we had watched only entrance. When I called a few days later to get a refund I was told the driver had been waiting and when I said there was no way the dispatcher started yelling at me. I hung up on him and then he proceeded to bombard me with text messages, several with attachments that I will not open.
