Review: [redacted], the owner, delivered two bottles of wine yesterday, May **, for $19.60, and charged me two times. He processed the order two times and it shows on my bank statement. He is blaming the bank and says he has no slips that show that this happened. He also says he was not here yesterday, but yesterday I called I spoke with him when I ordered. I asked if he would give me a refund if I showed him my bank statement showing the second charge of $19.60 and he said no. The bank statement clearly shows the charge coming from his machine.Desired Settlement: Refund and apology.

After I checked all my slip on 5/**/13, I called the credit card processing co. and they told me it it charged twice and I refunded $19.60 to customer.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved. It is too bad he would not offer to call the credit card company on his side to check when I called, since I have been a long time customer, but waited until filed this complaint.
