I regret this issue arose in the first place. Tim requested keyboard trays in an early email and I replied with photos of the locking drawer assemblies that I sell with desks for personal effects. This was where the miscommunication occurred. I did not fully grasp the detail he requested by stating...

"Keyboard Tray" and he did not see the details of the photos I sent of the drawers I intended to ship with his desks until the job was finished and ready to ship. My company has never built a keyboard tray or offered that product. Consequently, there just has not been fast progress on building this time consuming item amid the backlog of production work. The keyboard trays are almost finished and will go to paint this week. The cover plate for the conference table is at polishing and will ship prior to the trays.Sincerely, Joel [redacted]Weld House LLC[redacted]

I HAVE READ MR. [redacted]'S RESPONSE AND AM VERY HAPPY THAT HE WILL COMPLETE THE ORDER I PAID FOR SO LONG AGO.  I DO AGREE WITH MR. [redacted] IN THAT THERE WAS SOME CONFUSION ON HIS PART FOR THE KEYBOARD TRAYS. IT WAS HOWEVER CLARIFIED EARLY ON IN THE PROJECT AND THAT THERE HAS BEEN AMPLE TIME TO FULFILL MY COMPLETE ORDER.  THE COVER PLATE WAS AN ITEM THAT HE CLAIMED DIDN'T COME OUT TO HIS SATISFACTION AND WAS RECONSTRUCTING ONE AT HIS OWN REQUEST.  THERE CERTAINLY SHOULD HAVE BEEN NO DELAY IN COMPLETING THAT PIECE.  THAT ALL BEING SAID, I AM VERY HAPPY TO HEAR THAT HE IS COMPLETING MY ORDER AND THAT I WILL NO LONGER BE TYPING FROM THE TOP OF MY DESK!Regards,
