find out the root of the problem. Our technicians advised [redacted] that the piece (singular) of metal which had fallen from the chair was most likely from someones pocket, because there were no loose parts or was this a part of the frame. As for the material in the arm which was described as turning in,is as we discussed with [redacted] settling in the chair arm stuffing. Almost all furniture manufacturers actually send out a brochure with their product to inform the consumer that their piece of furniture has taken a long journey from the plant to your home and that they may show signs of travel fatigue. Our technicians had worked the material to show how that arms can be adjusted to resolve this issue. This is the first we have heard about a broken zipper and we would be more that happy to fix the issue with that. Now, we at F.A.S.T. Furniture did everything we could to resolve the issues we were notified about. We cannot fix any product we do not know is broken, and if you have any future concerns just simply call and inform us so we can resolve them. Their also must be some communication breakdown because our [redacted] informed [redacted] that the piece of metal was not from the chair and our technicians had fluffed up any unsettled foam in the arm. When she was not satisfied that there was nothing wrong with the chair she asked to return the chair, in which case our [redacted] stated it was a custom ordered color and that we would fix or replace any problem with the product but would not return the chair because it was in the customers home for over our stores return policy (which is 7 days and is handed out in a brochure at time of purchase). Our [redacted] was trying to explain our policies to [redacted] and tried to show the customer our side in the situation and why are return policy is the way it is and that she would not want a chair that was used by someone else. Please contact the store for swift action. We are not difficult to deal with and would like to resolve the issue.

It was not one singular piece of metal & plastic. I clean my moms house and 3 different occasions found parts under the chair. The zipper will have to be fixed and she will have to accept that she cannot exchange it for another.
