the Revdex.com (hereinafter “Revdex.com”) dated June 3, 2016, whereas you allege ITTI through its advertising, website and President (Chester T[redacted]) led you, your son and son-in-law to believe that ITTI's welding training program offered American Welding Society (hereinafter "AWS”) Certification.ITTI through its legal counsel responds to the allegations as follows:1. Print and Digital Allegations: ITTI denies these allegations and states it docs not nor has it ever advertised to the general public (print or digital) that it offers AWS Certification as part of its welding programs. ITTI, is an active AWS member in good standing since 1995, but does not advertise that fact. Additionally, my office investigated your claims and reviewed ITTI's print and digital advertising materials including the information presented to your son and son-in law and found no marketing reference or statement(s) mentioning AWS Certification. If you have evidence to support this allegation, please forward such to my office.2. Verbal Statement Allegation: Mr. T[redacted] unequivocally denies your statement and contends he did not at any anytime state, mention or imply to you, your son or son-in-law that ITTI issued AWS certifications. Instead, Mr. T[redacted] affirms he informed you that ITTI provides welding training, job qualification and testing certification for MIG, TIG, Stick, Cutting, Theory and Blueprint Reading, which are essential skills and training needed for the welding industry. Again, if you have evidence to support this allegation, please forward such to my office.4. Qualification Certification Not AWS Certification: ITTI contends your son and son-in-law each paid ($350.00) at the end of the welding program for the Welders Qualification Testing (please see attached Exhibit’s A-B and testing receipts Exhibit's C-D) and not for any AWS Certification as your statement alleges. The Qualification Testing was performed by an Independent Certified Welding Inspcctor, who is also an active AWS member in good standing. Again, if you have evidence to support your allegation, please forward such to my office.5. Job Acquirement: According to ITTl records, your son and Son-in-law are now gainfully employed in the welding industry as full-time Welders thanks to their completion of ITTI’s welding training, job qualification and testing certification.6. Non-Customer Request for Refund: Contractually, you are not ITTI's customer as you did not attend the training program nor did you execute any binding agreements with TTI; therefore TTI rejects your request for any total or partial refund paid on behalf of your son and son-in-law. Should your son or son-in-lawfeel the training did not benefit them and are requesting a resund they must contact Iny office within seven (7) days of this notice.Notwithstanding such, ITT has worked tirelessly for nearly forty (40) years to maintain its highly regarded business reputation as a licensed Welding and Training School in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and will vigorously defend its good name and reputation no matter the cost. This notice is made with full reservations of Industrial Training & Testing Institute’s right to pursue legal action for slanderous statements and related damages and no act or statements made herein shall be construed as a waiver of those rights under the law.Thank you for your time and attention to this matter.Very truly yours,
